Lord Harley Apartments

Couldn’t ask for a better rental space. Bret the manager is such a kind heart he made sure we had a happy tenancy throughout our tenancy in the lord Harley location. I am only moving out as I am relocating abroad if not I would have loved staying with this beautiful space I had rented. They have dishwasher in built microwaves and a very good neighborhood (clover field school walkable distance/daycare also walkable/ supermarkets nearby/ playgrounds nearby/ everything easily accessible/ even bus stop right in front of the street). They are also very prompt in responding and addressing our concerns too. The best out of the 3 rentals I have had in Canada. Thanks for giving us a beautiful space to call home.

Lived here for many years. The new prices are absolutely ludicrous - 1800 for 1 bdrm is not worth it - especially given we are surrounded by low income housing (no insuite laundry). My car gets broken into every few months (always when i accidentally forget to lock it so they aren't damaging anything) but i've had many things go missing. When i bring it up to the building manager they know there is an issue and refuse to set up a camera - instead they say go talk to the police - who i'm sure won't look into it without any video evidence. The location is great so i'll give it two stars - if they put up a camera and drop prices i'd give it a 4.
