Massage Addict

Samantha worked on my legs and gave me some stretches to work on afterwards. I drive so much and the pain would never go away until now. I have not had any issues since, and it’s been about 3 weeks now. Amazing work, and next time there is an issue with anything I will definitely drop in again. Until then, Thankyou!

Great place for a good deep massage. Sign up for the plan and get them for a great price. The only challenge with the plan is once you are in, it is not easy to get out. Make sure you do your homework before signing.But having said that, you will always leave there with your muscles and tensions eased.

Too much talking during the one hour I was getting massage in a room near the reception area. We could hear a man’s hoarse loud talking with the receptionist which were annoying and distraction and it really took away from the massage. It should be a place where client receiving massage feel relaxing and peaceful with the soft gentle music in the background. Why did the receptionist let the man talk all the whole time with her while there is client receiving massages in the next room?!!!I complained to the massage therapist of the hoarse man voice who was talking nonstop, if the room not sound proof and could I be moved to the room at the end of the hall. But she said that’s not a choice to select room. So am I the client to tolerate their talking noises?!!! Can’t they speak softly so as not to bother clients who are receiving massages. What a waste of time and money ($104.99)!This time it isn’t the gym next door that made noise but it was their very own staff talking with the hoarse voice man at the reception area. Don’t this clinic has any quiet rules?!!!When i came out of the room they were still talking and telling their story. I complained to the receptionist of her talking and that I could hear them in the next room. I told her I would give her a bad review for talking too much too long (with the other person) thus disrupting the massages.I was a returning client and this is last time and I won’t book with them anymore.Not recommended to anyone, client/patient to go to this ‘noisy’ location.

Overall, I’m really disappointed with my latest visit for a deep tissue massage. I had asked for primary focus on my back as it’d felt tight for days and less focus everywhere else. I had maybe 10 minutes of light pressure on my back and the rest of the hour was everything but my back. I’ve seen the same massage therapist for a while and normally it’s great. I don’t know what happened this time. I recognize people can have off days, but when you’re paying for something and don’t get the experience you’re used to, it’s frustrating.

I had my initial visit, was welcomed right away, had a good massage and given after care instructions. The rooms are well appointed. Will go again.

Ricardo is my guy. I can honestly go to sleep with this guy, that's how relaxing he is. Definitely recommend him!

Highly recommend Tara at this location, she is phenomenal! She is very attentive to my needs and works out knots like magic! She also is wonderful at providing extra tips and stretches for home management.

Booked a reflexology and drove twenty minutes for a 7:45pm appointment. Was very excited for it as I’m pregnant and feet are very swollen. The massage therapist refused to do the appointment because she didn’t realize I was pregnant. I somewhat understand (although I was told by another massage addict location (Namao) that the only thing they wouldn’t do for pregnant women was acupuncture). I just wish there would have been a question asked while booking or a disclaimer saying reflexology was not available for pregnant women. It would have saved me a lot of time and and a lot of disappointment. :-(
