Audrey's Little Shop of Plants

My partner and I went to a terrarium making class and had the best time. Audrey was so sweet and provided a memorable experience. We were both happy with our creations and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend others to do the same!

Nice little plant shop with friendly staff who are more than willing to help you pick the plant you need.We have now been twice to get a house plant and it’s great to see such a good selection.

The shop is small but has a good selection of small plants. They also have quite a few pretty pots to choose from. I also enjoyed talking to Audrey. She is friendly and funny :)

Love Audrey and her shop! Always chatty and loves sharing photos and always offers advice towards new plants or what ever tips you may need.She always has great stock or let's you know whe new things are coming in as well.

I'm so torn on how to give a proper rating based on my limited experience with the shop, so here's what happened:I ordered a plant online for pickup. We live in the Valley but my husband was going to be nearby for work so I got him to pick up the next day. He brought it home and I realized was given the wrong plant (very similar, but still not what was ordered). I called and explained to staff who were apologetic and told me to come back to exchange for the correct one. I explained that I didn't live close by and they seemed stymied by how to proceed. I remembered that I did have plans to be back in town a week later, if they could wait. They said that was fine and put aside the correct one for me. I came back a week later and exchanged the plant and was again offered an apology. I also bought another plant. Maybe this seems greedy, but I felt like I should have been offered a discount for my trouble. It was not my mistake but all of the inconvenience fell on my shoulders to correct. Regardless of if I lived 5 minutes or 5 hours away, it's an inconvenience and no fault of my own.So, honestly? The shop is adorable. The plants are healthy and there's a great variety. 5 stars. But I'm unimpressed with the responsibility of their mistake falling on my shoulders, so I likely won't every buy from here again. Customer service 2 stars.

Pots are cute. Plants are healthy, selection is what youd expect but pretty. Customer service is meh. After placing a (small) order of a couple specific plants i have never heard back and had to reach out twice, and even then ( after weeks) they were borderline rude. After having worked in retail for decades, Customer service is important, and should extend before and after sale-Will not return.

I absolutely adore visiting Audrey's! They have a fantastic selection of plants, great advice for plant owners, and are always willing to chat! I have purchased many healthy, beautiful plants and pots from Audrey's. They will even give advice on any plant troubles you're having, whether you bought the plant from them or not!!
