I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The location is super convenient. Even if you don't live in Riverdale/Greek Town, it's literally a 30 second walk from Chester subway station. Their product selection is excellent. You can tell that Cryselle, the owner has really thought through everything on those shelves because she only carries products THAT WORK!! Every hair styling product I've bought here have been total game-changers for me and they're not the easiest ones to find either! Of course, needless to say, the customer service here is AMAZING! They also have hairstyling and even lash extension services here which I'm thinking of trying it too. I can't recommend this place enough :)

Have been getting my lashes done by Polly for the last few months now and she is great at helping me decide what length, type and curl would look best on me. She is always so cheerful and great at the application. Definitely coming back.

After finally making the decision about microblading my eyebrows I timidly walked into the shop looking for more information. Janine answered all of the questions I had and was so informative that I felt completely at ease and booked my appointment on the spot. Am I ever glad I did. My eyebrows look fantastic. I loved collaborating with Janine during the whole process and really appreciated her professionalism and openness during the procedure. Hey Janine...the women at the office LOVE the new brows. I'm pretty sure a couple of them are lining up to go in and get theirs done too. Thank again!!!!

Chryselle was AMAZING! She understood what I wanted and went out of her way to order and pick up the products I needed. I will be back!

I have used the owners beauty services and totally trust her when it comes to waxing and recommending products , and she always gives me her honest opinion. Her staff is very helpful and friendly as well I am glade she opened another location again!

I love this store because of their great services and products that they often offer to their customers. I also am so satisfied with their courtesy and respect that they deal with their customers. I am really glad and lucky of being in close neighborhood with them and get what I need from them . I thank them so much.

Love this shop. I find the staff super helpful and I find they have lots of product knowledge on all the different brands of hair care they carry. I have curly hair and I am always able to find some of the best curly hair products such as the AG and the Curl Keeper products that are harder to find in the city. They recommended one of the renters to me that rents a spot in the salon and i was very pleased with my brows! I highly recommend this shop!

Where do I begin? I had purchased hair colour based on the woman's suggestion. When I told her I always used a specific shade she told me this colour would be fine. I lamented for a while, but she assured me it would be a nice warm colour. I looked like a copper top battery. When I went back to tell her she said I should have dyed my hair the original colour I had suggested in the first place. When I told her that was the colour I was going to purchase, but was told to get this one she said it wasn't her responsibility if it turned out wrong. Nice. Then I tried to exchange unused shampoo and conditioner purchased the same day and she said she wouldn't without​ the receipt. I won't go back due to the exceptionally poor customer service.

So, I just the worst interaction with Nicole, and Her Staff of Misfits.Extremely Rude, and Condesending. No empathy for the Physically challenged.Would give a thin red cent to this business.Thanks for your USELESS responce, my BIGGER concern was at the ABUSIVE treatment I recieved, also While parking there, I was expecting 4 family Members to come to your shop for services.
