I was charged $1.00 PER plastic bag with holes in them for GIGANTIC balloon bouquets!! Those bags SHOULD have been free considering how much I paid for the bouquets!! AND that girl stuffed the ballons into the bottom of the bag instead of placing the bags over the tops of the balloons!!

Outstanding customer service!!! Sierra did a great job helping me with my balloon order, and got me the best deal! When I picked them up today I was in and out the man that greeted me helped me soon as I walked in!! I don't often leave reviews but you guys deserve this 5star!! Thank you again :)

For the past 8yrs i always get my son's balloons for his birthday balloon release from the Niagara Falls, NY location. I went there yesterday to place the order and one of the employees, Jesse was absolutely phenomenal. He was so nice and helpful! By far the best experience i have had there! I left out and cried in my truck after because as hard of a time this is, he made the difference!

Everyone was so nice very helpful... went to look for elmo for my sons 1st birthday and the lady I spoke with also told me she could order things for me if I seen it online and not in store. Honestly one of the best 30 minutes I spent in a store. Thank you.!!

They have everything you need for special occasions, prices of ballons are high and I was disappointed when picking up an online order that the ballons where not the color I ordered & specifically specified online. They claimed to not have those color ballons in witch you'd think if that was so that they would call me to notify me and ask if I would like to change my order
