Great job installing the sprinklers and different zones but ran into some issues with this company1. rain sensor wasn't wired properly and after debating with Alia I had to buy the wire myself and install with instructions from Hunter. It was evident Alia didn’t know the full functionality of the Hunter control panel and wireless app … the way he wired the sensor bypassed the Control unit.2. Installed shutoff valve in furnace room backwards and had to call a plumber in to reverse the shutoff (bleed valve needed to be on the closed side of the valve so I could drain in the winter). Alia said it didn’t matter … not true.3. Installed 4 zone valves into a irrigation box big enough for 3 zones and I had to dig out and replace (box was so tight that valve knobs were touching edges of the box he used and impossible to service)4. Asked Alia to come back to move a sprinkler line for some new landscaping we were doing and he told me to ‘hire a professional plumber’ and didn’t get back to me5. This spring I had a lawn care company blow out the lines because they were in the neighbourhood. When Alia found out he told me my system was no longer under warranty and to find someone else to maintain the system (odd because when I asked him for service about a month earlier he told me to hire a plumber). I guess he wanted the easy $60 for the fall blow out.I was really pleased with the sprinkler placement and quality of materials however a few gaps in the install the after sale support has been extremely poor. I don’t like posting negative reviews, however I was patient with these guys and amazed that they would turn their back on me one year after install.Good news … I have a new irrigation company and they have been terrific.

We are extremely impressed with the work completed on our sprinkler system, which had been installed by another contractor who had retired, but needed further maintenance, extra sprinklers, and modifications. They were willing to improve the existing system we had in place even though they were not the original provider. They were hard-working, caring, thorough professionals. We even noticed the little things that made the world of a difference such as: sweeping away the debris left behind on the sidewalk after digging; bringing the recycling bin from the bottom of our driveway; moving a sprinkler closer to our patio stones to help maximize coverage. They are thoughtful, respectful, polite, and honest workers, and made us feel more than just a customer to them. It’s obvious they care about the work they perform. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!
