Used to be one of my favourite places to shop but there are lots of basic items that are 50% or more less than here. Not really a discount store.

Staff are great. Helpful when you are looking for items and either let you know where to find or take you right to the item. This GT is local for me so I have a light chat with some workers and a laugh or two as well.

1 cashier 2 standing around self check out and will never use a self check out. Need more cashiers on cash. If all GT goes to self check out I won't be back.

This Giant Tiger is a clean and easy to ship in store, although it can get a little crowded at times. The addition of new self check out cashes has really brought down the time spent in line at the cash, and there is always plenty of staff to help you. The clothing, in usual GT fashion isn't fabulous, but definitely ok in a pinch. They also have a bathroom which when asked, staff will open on a minutes notice and allow anyone to use which is nice since many stores these days so not offer options like this. With the new updates Brockville's Giant Tiger has gone through it makes shopping an enjoyable hobby, or necessity.

We always check the great buys at Giant Tiger. Parking is easy and the staff are very helpful - they will take you right to the product you are looking for and if the shelf is bear they will check in the warehouse for you.We always have a positive shopping experience at Giant Tiger.

I love shopping at G.T. Store. Food as well as clothing. The staff r so nice to deal with. The kindness they show to me at the Brockville store keeps me coming back.

It's not centrally-located with any of the other shopping areas. It's tucked away and a little hard to find. The store is an okay size. They had a lot of variety, just not a lot of stock, ie. different styles of shirts, but only XS or 3XL. It's decently organized by section, but each section can be a little disorganized. There's a small grocery section. Not horrible, but nothing special. I think the thing hurting the store the most is location.

Easily the best staffed store in town. They are quick but do not rush. Extremely polite, professional, and hard working. They will search high and low to find something for you in the back or take you directly to the product on the shelf. Very mom and pop like service and I always feel valued. New self checkouts are not great but that certainly isn't the staff's fault; and they continue to meet the high level of customer service while hearing non stop complaints about the new terminals. Even when I call, they pick up the phone!! No other place picks up the phone, kinda freaked me out but I like it.
