I am aware that people will always have different experiences, and am glad to read that many people have had positive experiences here. Unfortunately, that was not the case for my husband and I.We were patients here for 1 year. While I appreciate honesty, what I do not appreciate is the doctor laughing it off when he tells me I will likely never get pregnant using my own eggs, making jokes about how this could have happened, and his general lack of interest in helping us. Over the year, we saw him twice and were rushed through both consultations in 10-15 minutes, regardless of the hour we were allotted.We completed 3 IUIs at this clinic (all failed) and the wait to speak to him (over phone) was 2 months long. In this time, we referred to another clinic in Hamilton with a doctor who was lovely, kind, and hopeful while still being honest. He could not believe the dosage of medication Dr Browning had me on for my IUIs and said it would do nothing to help me. We had an IUI just weeks later with a protocol that was suited to my needs and I got pregnant on the first try.2 stars because the nurses here are lovely and very sweet.If you try this clinic, I wish you all the best. My advice is to get a second opinion if you aren’t feeling 100% confident.

I would rather drive to toronto and be able to be two minutes early without being sent away or two minutes late and not have to wait for another hour to be scheduled again. Waiting rooms go along way!Update: after being rescheduled. i was getting my blood work done, and nurse began confronting me on my review saying how i didnt give them a fair chance, very combative and unprofessional. Reminder I was WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF MY APPOINTMENT

My experience with Niagara Fertility was amazing. The nurses were very supportive throughout my entire journey. They offered support when I had canceled cycles, when I emotionally needed to take a break and when I had a miscarriage. When we finally got our positive and eventually our baby girl, the nurses were just as excited for us as we were. They felt like family and I was sad when we were eventually discharged but still sent them updates throughout our pregnancy and after.I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility treatments.

BEWARE!! Today Dr. Browning picked a fight with me during a meeting with him and my wife about our fertility process. In my files it states I have ADHD and he had no regard for my mental health condition. At the end of our meeting he pointed at me and claimed that his staff and the staff of Hart Fertility (a now closed fertility clinic) had notes on me about my behaviour which is a lie because I never met anyone at Hart and only once at Niagara. I asked if I could see the notes and he refused. He was passing judgment on me for zero reason with zero proof in the most unprofessional, uneducated way possible. He has an ALL female staff and no wedding ring. Dr. Browning embodies the stereotypes of a villainous fertility doctor getting off on playing God and hiring young attractive" women.In reply to your response.Everything I stated is true and my wife is my witness. Anyone is welcome to visit Niagara Fertility Clinic and meet Dr. Browning if they wish to judge for themselves. You only have 3.4 out of 5 stars

I just would like to say thank you all SO much for the care you gave us!! All the girls are so sweet and kind and very understanding during this time, especially with covid involved now. They don't make you just feel like your a number just to take your money. You can tell they ACTUALLY care. This clinic goes above and beyond and we wouldn't have been able to get through any of this without you. My husband and I always tell people, even if we didn't get pregnant we would 1000% recommend this clinic!!!

I went to Niagara Fertility for 2 years - when I finally had to venture into IVF they were so sweet and gentle, always carefully wording their expectations/instructions and comforting me when it didn't work out. I am happy to say because of Niagara Fertility IVF monitoring I now I have my 2 month old baby Annabelle! Thank you so much ladies and Dr. Browning, you won't be forgotten! xx

We will be finding a new fertility clinic after how we were treated today. My fiance and I had to drive from Niagara falls and had such bad traffic that we ended up being late by 15 minutes, I tried calling to inform them we would be late, but all i got was the number you have reached is unable to take your call" . Once we got there

I have been monitoring at this clinic since January of 2021. Everyone I have been in contact with has been over the moon super nice. As a surrogate, I would often ask what happens next and they would always answer me. Emails with results came when they said they would. Covid protocols are not insane. I had issues with my injections sites and they were soo patient with me helping draw circles on my body several times. I have now graduated" from their care but will miss them dearly. :)"

I am giving 1 star for the best nurse there, Marissa! She was the only nurse with heart that showed some sympathy and actually turned her monitor screen to explain what she was doing. Unfortunately, you can´t choose your nurse for all your appointments.I would not recommend this clinic for anyone:1. Misinformation:When I told one nurse that I walked every day after Crinone, she said I didn´t have to. This contradicts the advice of another nurse there that advised me to do so.2. Lack of communication:They NEVER mentioned no intercourse unless directed to! They assume it is common knowledge and we found that out on IUI day!2. Questions unanswered:During blood tests and ultrasounds, they did not answer any questions and said results would be shared by email once Dr Browning looked at the test. Their follow up email only had the next appointment details. NO mention of the results.3. Ridiculously long emails:Their BIGGEST paragraph in every communication email is that if the COVID process is too stressful for you, then you should wait until it is over. WELL, maybe if they are too stressed to show the minimum care/empathy, then THEY need to wait until COVID is over before they deal with patients.4. Unreachable most of the time:They send their important follow up email closer to 1:20 pm and sign off with ¨If you have any questions, please call us before 1:30 pm¨. They avoid answering the phone like the plague.5. Attitude:The phone interview was rushed. Their guide document was not numbered and the nurse was too impatient to wait for me to locate the page she was referring to and kept saying ¨I don´t have much time left! The only time they are nice is when collecting payment. Then, they explain in details what everything stands for.They say if you want to conceive avoid stress. AVOID Niagara Fertility and go somewhere else.

I have so much good to say about Niagara fertility. The nurses here are the sweetest and made every appointment so much more comfortable. Even though they were short, I loved our little chats and although I’m happy to move on , I felt a little sad leaving such a great place. I know the road is different for everyone and there are no guarantees, but we were blessed to become pregnant on our first medicated cycle there. Thank you so much guys! We are so grateful !
