Vince and his crew did an amazing job for us on the front of the house as well as a totally redesigned rear patio and relaxation area. They worked hard, addressed the unknown surprises that lay beneath the ear and in older construction. The attention to minute detail was quite incredible to watch and they leaned it to ensure a exceptionally good looking and effective product. From the first contact to the suggestions and helpful hints as well as the ability to problem solve without surprises separate this group from many others. Pro Pavingstone Inc goes the extra mile when doing an interlocking or landscaping job. They cleanup after themselves after each day, so you're not left with a dust and dirt. They tuck away their equipment nicely and used pylons for extra safely.

We had our patio work done in April. I can say many great things about the crew at pro pavingstone inc. They're detail oriented and punctual. I'm happy to say that they really stand behind their work.

I would have loved to give Pro Pavingstone a glowing, 5-star review, especially since they came highly recommended by a neighbour. Unfortunately, the company is incredibly unresponsive. No one ever responded to my online request for a quote and it took repeated calls over a 2 week period to even get someone on the phone. I completely understand that businesses are busy and can’t always respond in the most timely matter so I was still very happy to have a contractor come over to look at my yard anyway. What I cannot understand is why I never received my quote. The contractor was very nice, discussed plans with me in detail, and said he was willing to take on the project. However, after 4 weeks, 3 voicemails, and 2 emails, I have not received a quote or any response at all as to why I have not heard from the contractor. I find this to be completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I hate posting negative reviews but I am doing so to hopefully prevent others from wasting their time as I did. I’m truly saddened by this experience.
