I had a pedicure, I didn’t like the colour I chose, so I asked for it to be changed.She put another colour on I chose, I asked if they had anything that was more glossy, they said no.Then they started speaking in their own language (rude) obviously they were discussing how I wanted to change the colour of the polish. The owner or manager (not sure who he was) came over to say if I didn’t like it, she could just leave it the way it was (by this time she had already removed the polish I didn’t care for) and I could leave.I said I wanted my nails done, so I went with my second choice.When I went to pay, I expressed to him the customer service I received was poor, and did he realize the customer is always right. (let be clear, I was not rude to either of them at any time during this happening) I also mentioned to him that I knew it was a inconvenience when I asked her to change the colour and I was planning on doubling her tip because of it; however, after that experience she gets $0.I would not recommend or would I ever go back.

We recently moved into the area and was researching nail salons close by. After reading reviews and factoring distance and availability I called Vienny Nails and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday. I had a pedi (shellac) and full new acrylic set.A few customers had to wait for the mid day rush of appointments but everyone was seated and ready within 10 mins.I had Sam do my pedi and he was great and not too heavy with the skin filer (cheese grater lol). I chose shellac because I have no patience waiting for polish to dry.I moved over to Ryan for my new set of nails and he was great! Perfectly filed and very meticulous with the polish application. I have had my nails done for over 30 years and was really happy with my first visit. The chrome was a bit pricier than I’m used to (+$15) which is usually $10 but I love them and I will definitely be back.

I received a regular manicure and it was alright. Kind of uncomfortable the technician doing it while I'm having the pedicure. My arms were crossed over and it felt bad. The pedicure was really bad. The technician couldn't speak English so I couldn't explain that she was doing it wrong. She didn't remove any of my calouses nor massage my feet. She just kept rubbing my calves. A foot massage would be more appropriate as my feet is why I went there. I will try a different shop next time. Plus, they were too expensive.

I went there for the first time on July 6 to get a shellac manicure and pedicure, and within a few hours I noticed a chip. The way they apply shellac makes it more comparable to standard nail polish- wish I didn't spend 100 dollars on something that would come off so quickl

Nick is amazing! He is my go to, my nails never fall off and are always done with precision and in a timely manner. I am hard on my hands and my nails always last me 3-4 weeks before I need a fill. I can almost always get a last minute appointment which is perfect since I'm often busy and sometimes find it hard to make time for my fills. The later hours are also great and a huge help to find the right time to make an appointment.

Vienny nails is amazing. Booked my appointment for a new set of Acrylic nails and was taken back by how good a job Dave did for me. The environment is calm and professional. The salon is also comprised of mostly male technicians from Vietnam. They are well experienced and can do pretty much anything that you’d like. I definitely recommend them for all your esthetic needs.

Vienny nails is an amazing choice for all your aesthetic needs. I came in for a brand new set of acrylic nails, and Dave took care of me. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and when we were done, my nails looked exactly like the picture. I was so impressed. I gave Dave a very BIG thank you. I will definitely go back to have my nails filled by Vienny nails and I highly recommend their services.

I' ve been going to this salon for 15 yrs and I go every two weeks. Beautiful nails every time! Nick is very talented at the art work, you show him what you want and I've never ben disappointed. I always get compliments on my nails. Highly recommend this salon!! All the staff here is wonderful!!
