After talking to a tech they guaranteed me that my computer would work if I spent what money I had to fix it instead of buying a new computer right there. My Toshiba does not work and I spent a lot of money trying to have them fix it. I should have bought a new computer. On another note my printer is fabulous I do like it.Yes its a clean Store and friendly staff; however they should hire professional tech people that can handle every problem and actually fix it if we pay to have it fixed.

The lady that helped me ship my package was super nice! Everything was quick, I was in and out of there in 5 minutes or less. Store was clean, service was fast, and my overall experience was amazing!

Bought a router on Friday and used my Amazon Prime to price match and save $30.00 without problem. Today I bought an extender since the router was weak and again used Amazon Prime this time for a savings of $15.00. The issue was the attitude with the employees. The checker immediately stated the reasons Amazon might not be a valid price match without letting me finish my sentence and show her the Amazon Prime price. An older lady with short hair walked up and began the same explanation with a very unfriendly tone. When I was able to continue my sentence the manager conceded I was right with a huff, turned around and walked off. Absolutely no excuse for this kind of customer treatment. The checker was nice after learning I was right and probably following orders, but the manager will lose the store future business.

Very convenient that they are open late and on weekends. I get my printing done here and buy all my ink, paper and office supplies at the Ontario store as well. And I bought a clearance shredder that lasted over 8 years! Staff is nice, although there are always new people training it seems, but they do a good job for a big retail chain.

I need by business card copied foran event and Jennwas able to help me on quick notice. Jenn is very nice and was so great to work with. She even revamped my business card and got my order filled quickly. I will definitely be referring people to Jenn.

On 7/11/2022 I came into the store in a horrible mood making copies and getting a few things to tie up a situation. I don't recall her name, but the woman who helped me was AN ANGEL. The store was CLEARLY short staffed. This girl was literally running around, helping everyone. She helped carry heavy things into the store for another customer while I was looking at pens, and didn't bug me or rush me. She saved me money on my stuff for no reason at all. Staples, give her a raise and NEVER LET HER GO!! I don't recall her name, but it was 9:30 am on Monday, July 11, 2022!! She not only helped me with my stuff, but also put me in a WAY better mood when I left the store.

When I was at Staples yesterday, Shawn Ulfers helped me find the exact items I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable of the products in the store and was able to show me exactly where they were. He was very professional and I appreciated his help!

Very unhappy with the cooperation we had on the sales for getting a computer. He acted like he couldn't wait to not wait on us. We have always bought our computers from Staples. We usually have a very friendly conversation we the past times being in there. Maybe he was having a bad day. But it really didnt help our buying time in there today. We would gone somewhere else but needed one today.
