There is no negative star hence, I am giving one because they are very big fraud, charge twice or even sometimes thrice the original price of floor. Beware of these people and shop for products before buying from them. i would never suggest or buy anything from them!

I have the absolute worst experience with this company and their customer experience. I had LVP installed in my brand new home and within a year was lifting and cracking. I had to fight tooth and nail to have the floor replaced and even paid to have it upgraded to prevent further issues. Now one year later we are in the same position and they will not even answer my emails disgusting.

All the flooring materials for our house was purchased here... I appreciate more the recommendations of their staffs with the cabinets colour. They recommended the right colour for the carpet, hardwood and the backslash. Even when we were thinking the colours do not align, after the installation, everything came out very well. Highly recommended.....

Our flooring situation is a bit of a nightmare, most of it was installed incorrectly (not by floor concepts), and needs to be replaced. Floor Concepts will be supplying the replacement material & hopefully installing themselves. They've been a pleasure to work with so far. We wish we'd worked with them from the get go & had them complete the installation. Very happy with their service!

Horrible customer service. Doesn't respond at all after once he gets his money. Better stay away from this guy. I don't write reviews, but this person made me do it. You can imagine.

Terrible customer service to follow up with floor issues. No response on phone calls, voice message, txt message, in store never found the right person to talk with. I would even leave a negative star if I can.
