Chris Saskiw provided a fantastic massage. He used just the right amount of pressure exactly where I needed it. I left feeling very relieved from my stiff muscles. My shoulders and legs were particularly sore from the gym and he knew exactly what to do to loosen them up and get me ready to hit the gym again.

My husband and I have both visited therapeutic body concepts many times. The staff are always super friendly and all of the masseuses we have had have been very good. Ruby has officially become my favorite though! She is amazing!!

Therapeutic Body Concepts Massage - West High Park
This was my first experience with Therapeutic Body Concepts Massage and it was at the High Park Branch. I did a 60 minute Reiki session with Alicia Perry.The center was serene, aromatic, peaceful and I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist. I was called in exactly at my appointment time, by Alicia who was so soft spoken and composed. Interacting with her itself was relaxing! and the session was amazing! I went into a meditative state and time flew. Post session, Alicia explained her findings and it indeed made a lot of sense to me. I eagerly wait for my next session.

Duncan is very skilled at deep tissue and finding all the right areas. I have had many massages and his ability to go deep and hit all the right muscles is definitely the best I have experienced. I highly recommend him if you need deep tissue. He is very professional and a pleasant person. I definitely recommend him and already have shared his card with others.

I had an awesome 2 hour session with Duncan today. My first time here—it was pretty great. He asks for feedback on the pressure regularly, fun conversation. Great tips to help with some of my work related wrist/ back issues. Really enjoyed my first massage here, will be back!
