I missed an appointment over a decade ago and now I have to call in the same day to try and get an appointment cause they cannot book an appointment for me due to missing an appointment when I was a teenager.I work 50 plus hours a week and this is impossible, thats ok ill take my business to another place and will negatively review this place anytime it comes up in conversation for the rest of my life.Thanks for nothing

I had my Wisdom Teeth removed last week and the staff and Dr. Stone were amazing!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!! Thank you to all the staff for making me feel so comfortable!!!

After reading very very mixed reviews I had no idea what to expect when going to see Dr. Stone to get a tooth pulled. He was very pleasant and extracted the tooth very quickly with no pain at all. He definitely knows what he’s doing. The whole experience was overall relatively pleasantHe was super nice about me needing more freezing and apologized if I ever winced or anything. For getting a tooth taken out, he was really good about it.I don’t have any complaints!

Great experience (five star) with Dr.Stone himself but the customer service on the other hand has dropped this down to a two star. post-wisdom teeth extraction they couldn't tell me if I had stitches in my mouth. When I asked, the receptionist Amber reply was 'most likely' I asked her that I wanted to be aware of where they were in my mouth as this is a very painful experience. Her reply after this was 'if they did they are dissolvable! as a patient

In extracting one tooth, he damaged two others, didn't seem to care and his only response was I'd have to see my dentist about getting them fixed. Won't be going back.

These people expect you to pay the full amount for cancelling because you can't afford it... not getting anything from me and I hope their office fails due too there poor customer service

Was required to pay before sending my brother in for his appointment mean while a young girl that had arrived and was about to go in for her appointment at the same time was not required to pay. Don’t wanna jump to any conclusions so I’ll leave it at that, the doctor himself is great but the receptionists are terrible

I dealt with Dr Stone and his staff for about 10 months to get a dental implant done. The process was longer than anticipated. During the entire process Dr Stone and his staff were outstanding, professional, friendly and so very accommodating.Dr Stone went far and above in his work with me. I had issues occur which had to be dealt with and I cannot believe how much time he spent with me to ensure my implant was a success experience. He scheduled me in for extra appointments often and I cannot thank him enough for all he and his staff did for me.I would recommend Dr Stone without hesitation
