Reset the passcode for my Automower incorrectly and then charged me to get it reset. Took over 3 weeks just to look at it when I first brought it in.The front desk staff is rude and not friendly at all.

The person (SK) below me is being silly and doesn't understand that equipment sales are low margin. It's unreasonable to demand price discounts and to write a poor review because the business did not agree to a lower price. Sometimes you only make 60$ profit on a chainsaw or pushmower and many times the cost of freight, PDI, assembly is not included in the sale price. I have received excellent help and service from Rays Power Equipment.

Nathan and staff are awesome and have never let me down. They are fair in their pricing and I would never ask for a discount considering the difficulties small business face during covid. Keep up the good work Nathan and crew.

Pretty nice people there. Don't get parts here, as they are way overpriced! Almost double then buying the same OEM product online. But pretty fast service in my experience.
