Why did they change everything? I don't understand how you can have amazing products and then up and change them. Ravioli used to be the best ever and now it's just...I don't know, look for yourself in the picture...Not the same. The lady on the phone who took my order gets 5 stars as she was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Bland and not worth the cost or trip. The Veal Parmigian was over breaded (lack of meat) and lacked any real taste. Should have used Franks Hot Sauce on it! The Canelloni was also very bland and tasteless. Overpriced food and poorly crafted - probably made by a ten year old! We won’t be back although years ago they were good…

They have poor customer service. My dog wouldn’t even eat the food, which was extremely expensive to begin with and I’ll be throwing out the rest in the garbage. The employee on the phone said their recipe hasn’t changed but after reading many reviews about this place, it seems their quality and food has changed for the worst over the last while. The employee on the phone didn’t even know their return policy when I called to inquire about returning a FROZEN product, I had to correct her based on what they have written on their website and then she changed the reason why I couldn’t return the product. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and I won’t be back. Save yourself your hard earned money.

First time at Antipastos. While the store was great and staff very pleasant the frozen entrees we bought were awful. Bland bland bland. We had lasagna (threw it out after one piece) and meat and cheese cannelloni, bland bland bland. Would definitely not buy these products again. No real Italian made these.

I had a horrible experience today. When I pointed out my observations I was verbally attacked with a tirade of white fragility from an obvious racist. It’s too bad because it is a great place but these type of employees are going to be its downfall with the new generation. I will not tolerate what I experienced today and one day they are going to face a liable claim under human rights. It was absolutely disgraceful

Ordered multiple platters for my husband's surprise birthday and was so super impressed with everything! Everyone who works here is nice and helpful, gave me great recommendations on what to order for the amount of guests we had, etc. The quality of food was amazing and everything tasted delicious. My guests raved about how yummy everything was. The ultimate focaccia platter was gone in minutes! Order from here, you won't be disappointed!

Super friendly staff. Clean facility. Place always smells so good. Food is amazing. Prices are okay.

This place used to be amazing, I can confidently say today it was not satisfactory. It’s seems as though the new ownership changed the sauce as well as the meatballs. I hope in the future they find something that works, still okay good just not nearly the quality it was.

NO LONGER QUALITY HOT FOOD. The level of service and quality of their sandwiches and hot food has reach an all time low. Clearly the new owner cares nothing bout clients or quality. Our order of Veal Parm sandwiches last week were not veal cutlets, they were sliced/chopped up low quality over breaded veal, with way too much cheese and sauce. When we brought this to the attention of management, they said we need to give notice within 24 hours with pictures for any compensation. No apology no concern with a customer who has shopped here weekly for more then 2 decades. Keep your 20 dollars, lose my $150/week in purchases. Dominic would have rather cut his arm off then serve this food and treat clients like this.
