Completely burned my skin with waxing and when I went back to the salon to ask for a refund they offered me other services for free. Why would I go back to a place that burned me? And they kept telling me it happens" and to use "aloe vera" and it will go away. Still have scars from this and the waxing was done over 6 months ago."
