I really don’t like making a negative review but it’s necessary here.Scheduled a service call for a “No Start” on a LPG Nissan Forklift.Took them a couple of weeks to get here because they are “so busy”. Could be, ok.They had the serial # and model info, so they knew what equipment would be needed for a “no start” service call. Got here, said it needs spark plugs. Said he didn’t have the scanner with him to look at sensors, etc. Done.I installed plugs, same issue. Contacted them to return and take another look. Dead Air.I guess, too busy for customer service or finish the job. What a waste of a few hundred bucks !Disappointed with DUNLOP LIFT TRUCK service.Should have known when I saw years old dated google reviews. Well. Updated Now.

Honestly horrible and I didn't even make it in the door yet. I pulled into the wrong entrance off Ferndale and got screamed at by an ignorant old man in a red shirt and glasses, I'll take my business elsewhere like the common say The best part about this place is the hot dog cart in the parking lot

the only good thing about this place is the guy in the parking lot with the sausage cart. excellent food.
