Love this place. I’m a barber recently looking to change up my hair drastically, but easily.The lady I’ve had the pleasure of working with has shown me so many things. How to put on the wig, different ways to style. And always tries her best to answer any of my questions. I’ll definitely be back.

We brought my grandmother in today to shop for wigs and had the most amazing experience with Rachel. She was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go in and see her

**SAVE YOUR MONEY**PSA; this company seems to be a complete scam. I went in early June to find a decent quality human hair wig, I explained to the worker that I've had bad experiences with other online wig companies in the same price range, and she assured me their wigs would last a year and that they never have bad feedback about their human hair wigs.The quality of these wigs is just as bad, if not worse than the online scammy Chinese made wig companies (Nadula hair for example) Selis is just an in person version! Fast forward 6 weeks and the wig feels like literal horse hair, it's disgusting. I've done all I could to take great care of the wig but it's a complete wreck.Matting up like crazy, looks dry as hell.I have a VERY hard time believing these wigs are 100% real HUMAN hair. The worker could not even tell me where the hair came from, not that it would matter if it's all lies anyhowDON'T SHOP HERE.Edit: As per response, I take very, very good care of any extensions and wigs I buy. I use minimal heat as well.There is no excuse for this wig only lasting me 6 weeks.There is no 'miracle product' that you sell that could make the quality of this hair change, and last 10.5 more months.Thanks but no thanks.

I got my wig .and am really happy that I came to the shop. Aman was so genuine and really approachable to talk and communicate my needs with. She is awesome handling clients that come in and made the experience memorable. Her customer service skills are amazing. I look forward to coming back soon.❤️❤️

Today I had the worst experience at this store that’s sells hair products for black people. The cashier keeps on following me and finding ways to come close to me. After today I am never going to this store again either will my family members. She made me feel uncomfortable and like I am thief just because of the colour of my skin.

I went to selis crossiron. The lady that was helping me was so kind and accommodating. She presented me with various options that is related to my needs and even gave me suggestions as to how one product can be styled in many different ways. Her name was Navpreet. Such an amazing person.

Visited the store for the first time today, and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service. I came in unsure of what i wanted to do with my hair but, the black girl at the till helped me find exactly what I needed and recommend some great products for my natural hair. Will definitely be back. Thanks girl!

Such a great experience the girls who helped me (unfortunately I didn’t get their names) were super sweet and super educated about what they were selling and helped me find everything I needed, will definitely shop here again love it, great selection for wigs too!
