From my initial call to the office to Anthony leaving our home, we had a great experience with Coast pumping our septic system. We found the service to be very thorough and Anthony was so helpful in answering our questions and explaining what we could do to better support our septic system from recommending as well as discouraging certain household products and practices. Would definitely recommend Coast!

Hands down the best septic company in Victoria , we have used just about all of there services from septic system design to pumping and maintenance for many years now and have never been disappointed, keep up the good work!!

Thanks to Coast Environmental and Blaine for rescuing us on Canada Day from a plugged septic tank. Even on a holiday, and on Blaine's anniversary they were at our house in 2 hours. Great people, great service I'll be calling them again.

The people at Coast Environmental were very informative and helpful. Andrew came out and pumped our tank and was very thorough, careful and patient with my questions. Great service.

Really awful service, we called a week in advance to have our trailer emptied and they showed up, didn't empty it and called us after the truck left. We rescheduled with them on the phone, and the next week they didn't come, stating we never rescheduled it. Same woman on the phone we spoke to the week before, we told her our tanks are overflowing we were really counting on the service and now must wait another week and she hung up on me.

Tues. June 25/19 We wish to thank Coast Environmental & their employee Joseph, a very polite & energetic young man, who did a terrific job in cleaning our 2 plugged catch basins on our condo property in Sidney. They have the perfect small Hydrovac truck, able to maneuver in somewhat confined spaces & complete the job on a timely & cost effective basis. Regards: K&S

We've had a rental on-site for several months. I believe you've cleaned it once but continue to charge us for cleaning fees - we have called you multiple times to advise you haven't come to clean it, and it's absolutely disgusting at this point and affecting our neighbours. You have said periodically that you can't access it, and yet you chose to put it there and the conditions are the same. If you can't access it, get the proper equipment or move it - not hard. Either way, you should absolutely not be charging us for a service you're not providing. We keep being told you'll look into the account and get back to us, and then you never do. So guess what? We'll be disputing the charges now. Thanks for the abysmal customer service.

The service standard from this company is unlike any other. They go above and beyond to make sure you know what's happening and when. Very knowledgeable people working together is very rare in todays world and it is refreshing to be met with professional, knowledgeable people. They have gone above and beyond to work quickly and efficiently. I will use this company for life.

We had Coast out to clean our condo catch basin. Not sure who to call, I found a small local company who quoted me $400.00. Not knowing what these things cost I gave them the go ahead. Fortunately for me they never showed up. I continued to call around and found Coast. I almost fell off my chair when they quoted $75.00 plus gas (Total Cost:$84.00 inc tax.) They were prompt, the service tech was very polite and did what I would consider an excellent job. Coast will be my only call in the future! Thank you. Bill Brooks
