I visited the centre on 18th January 2023. I too was truly impressed by the order and cleanliness of the facility. The staff at the reception and the Ultrasound scanning were friendly and polite. However, I had an unpleasant time with the X-ray technician who was rude and impatient and yelled instructions at me. The person treated me as if I had difficulty hearing and understanding English. I think the person needs counselling..

My first time here and it was great. Short wait, staffs are friendly. My doctor literally call me 45 minutes after I did my x-ray. Results is not always that quick but the experience is amazing.

I was at Mayfair Crowfoot on Dec 6 in the morning for a mammogram. The front desk staff member that helped me was lovely - polite, friendly, efficient. The technician was also incredible. It's a vulnerable test to have, and she made me feel comfortable and I really appreciated her matter of fact style and her efficient but compassionate manner. Well done Mayfair!

My first time to visit and serviced in this place. I felt the friendly atmosphere and the positive and polite attitude of the staff . I saw and sensed the good vibes of a good working environment ; the place is also clean and comfy. Most importantly, I was attended on time and staff were efficient. Great job, folks! It was a big pleasure to be at this place and will highly recommend them. I used to have all these works done in NE & downtown branches. Now that I found this place, I will definitely move in for ultrasound and diagnostic services to Mayfair Diagnostic without a second thought. Thank you, Mayfair Diagnostic Crowfoot!

People were polite and professional. Only hiccup was when I was taken to area to change clothes for x-ray. The nurse didn't give any instructions. The xray tech looked at me confused as perhaps wasn't supped to leave shoes on? Or have any belt tied? No idea

Needed an ultrasound on my wrist. Mayfair was able to get me in on pretty short notice. The wait was short after I arrived and I was in and out in 5 minutes. The entire experience seemed a little rushed. The write up lacked details and mentioned there were no issues. Weeks later the issue persisted and I went to EFW for a second opinion. The appointment took about 25 minutes and the tech was very thorough, explaining everything to me along the way. The following day I was reluctant to finally get answers on the issues with my wrist. Moving forward I will wait the extra few days for EFW.
