The interest for the three open houses, during which Lisa was forced to battle through a covid diagnosis, was phenomenal.If the true measure of an agent's value is found in results, then Lisa did not disappoint in this regard either. Bottom line … our house sold in five days, condition free, at 10% over asking!!! Could one ask for anything more?

We just sold our house with Lisa Bednarski and her team from BREL. Lisa and her team including Kiel from staging team are just simply phenomenal. Lisa and Kiel are both extremely responsible and responsive. Kiel and Lisa came to our house and provided step by step guide which tells you how to prepare in preparation for listing. Preparing a house for sale can be really stressful and overwhelming. Their step by step guide is extremely helpful and allows you to plan what seems like an mountain of stuff to do. Kiel has amazing eyes and taste. In follow ups after showing, most real estate agents commented and asked how had done the staging. As for Lisa, I don't even know where to begin!! Lisa was our advisor, friend and advocate for us during this process. She knows when is the right time to follow up and how to negotiate to get best bang for the buck for your property. If you are looking for a realtor who will sell your home during downturn market, you really need to look no further!!
