After losing our carry on luggage at the airport, we came back from our trip locked out of our house and without any vehicle keys. During the phone call Alberta Lock was able to give me pricing ($45 service call & $110 for unlocking) and an estimated time of arrival. We were lucky enough to have Drew come over within 1 hour and let us into our home. He was kind & respectful. He also took the time to inspect our front door keypad which was not working at the time! We will be calling back for rekeying our vehicle! Thanks for your time Drew, we appreciate it!!

Drew was so polite and helpful. He unlocked my truck and then i realized my battery was dead and I couldn’t start it. He offered to give me a boost. So nice!

Drew was super quick, arriving about an hour or less after I called. Drew was very nice and got my condo lock open in under a minute because I was locked out. He charges fairly and I'd trust him again in an emergency

I have nothing but great things to say about Drew. He arrived within an hour of receiving my distress call, attempted to repair a faulty front door lock, then replaced it with a superior model. He even helped a neighbor with their lock before leaving. I am very thankful for his expertise, efficiency, and empathy in dealing with my time-sensitive situation. If you find yourself in need of a locksmith, I highly recommend Drew. He is truly a gem!

The service was beyond my expectation. I was having a rough night since I’ve lost both my car key and apartment key. But when I called Alberta lock and spoke to Drew, He right away understand my situation and urgency. The empathy he provided, helped me a lot to go through the situation.
