Delightful Dogs
Absolutely worth the money. We missed the puppy class so took the level 1 dog class with our 5 month old Bernese. It was a great experience. Very kind and knowledgeable instructor, good class size and a very useful reference book. You definitely learn the right tools to properly train your dog and correct them when they have set backs. I highly recommend them!

We took our puppy Millie to level one training not knowing what to expect and were absolutely blown away but how much knowledge Sylvia has. She teaches owners how to train their dogs in a humane and effective manner. I have to say that puppy school was my absolute favorite part of the week for the 6 weeks of the program. The only complaint I could possibly have was that I got jealous about how much my puppy absolutely loved Sylvia. But seriously, this is a wonderful place run by great people.

Sylvia is the best positive reinforcement trainer out there! She really cares about her dog and human clients. We learned so much and Sylvia is always available to help us when needed.She is a fantastic groomer also and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Sylvia is amazing! This is my second time completing dog training with her. My first dog didn't have any training when we got her. She was 10 months old and Sylvia really taught me and my family the tools for us to train with to have a wonderful dog. This is the reason we went back with our puppy. She believes in teaching the dog what we want them to do with positive reinforcement. We as owners need to teach our dogs the behaviour we want with rewards, love and encouragement NOT with punishment. She is amazing with rescues and is a true animal lover.

Sylvia is engaging, kind, funny and most of all, she knows exactly what she is talking about.My partner and I take our puppy here and we are so grateful for the applicable lessons and readings.Highly recommended.

We enrolled in the Puppy Training class. It was extremely useful. We also got a fantastic book by the owner that has a ton of great advice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a new puppy.

Inquired about dog training, and she called me back immediately. Took 20 minutes to speak about my dog, and what’s best for his training based off of his behaviour. She was super thorough, very kind and extended her knowledge to help provide the best training for him. This company has proven to care about animals, and based off of their training they are positive training.

We have only gone for one class so far, but it was fantastic. Sylvia genuinely cares for the dogs, as well as their owners. She is very thorough in explaining the reasons for her methods, as well as offering great suggestions and troubleshooting ideas. Great value as well.

We're currently doing our second class with Silvia. She is hands down the best positive trainer. We were so happy with her puppy training that we signed up for level 2!
