Worst after-sales service i've never experienced.I bought an as-is" refrigerator. I had an excellent service in store. Nothing to say.Problems started happening after I exited the store.Never received my fridge on the date I was supposed to get it delivered.I had to call twice to finally get a call back to address the situation. I had to argue with the manager to get the shipping refunded

To expensive . Took time till someone came to see me. I was looking for sales rep.

I bought a refrigerator as-is" and service in the store was very good. The delivery time was OK but they never called an hour ahead like we were told. Then they had to remove the doors from the fridge to bring it downstairs which is OK. But they asked for MY tools!!!. What would they have done if I didn't have tools? They should have their own tools and not ask the customer for tools to remove doors.And the worst part is they damaged my wood floor. There are 2 grooves that are visible but the truck was already gone when I noticed after tipping the guys too. The guys were nice but I'm still disappointed to pay $80 plus tax for delivery to end up with a damaged floor.So the one star is for delivery service. Store service was fine"

I really really really have a bad experience with this Corbeil.I will not recommend this to ANYONE.. Please stay away.I bought fridge, washer, dryer and Dishwasher from them.They promised that any time the price goes does within 60 days of purchase, I will get a refund.I saw the price of dishwasher to be less on corbeil and Brick on the same day. Went to the manager to get the money back..Then he started explaining that he needs to compare the difference of all the products in the bill and not just one product. (please note this, don't do the same mistake that I did.)He found the price to be lesser, took a sign from me. I went home.Then the sales agent weeks later contacts and confirms that the price is not really different and that brick is costlier!I mentioned that Corbeil them selves had given the discount of 100CAD, but they respond that they only noted Brick and that now that price of the dishwasher is back to its original cost in Corbiel, I can't really do anything.PLEASE GO TO A STORE WHERE THEY DO WHAT THEY PROMISED.

After a very unpleasant experience from the Lasalle store we were very fortunate to have been referred to the Laval branch. Great service from Joe and the entire team . Attentive, patient and respectful. Highly recommended.

Worst support - do not buy from this company. We bought a brand new washing machine, leaked the first time we used. Called the store they sent us to customer support, customer support tells us to call the manufacturer. Why are we doing all this work when they delivered us a defective product. We called back the store the other day and spoke to the store manager who was just as useless and did not care. This place is garbage and all they care about is their commissions.By the way dealing with Corbeil means you have to pay 20% to return a faulty product. Avoid at all cost!

This was the worst experience , the worst costumer service I ever incounter buying a washer/dryer. I will never go back there and I will tell everyone to not go there. To start with it we go our washer/dryer deliver on Saturday the 31st of October . The guys were rude and weren’t wearing a mask while delivering the item. We bought floor model and the sell man said everything was going to work fine, and we bought a warranty . The dryer was making a lot of noise and wasn’t working properly so we call and the only offered us 2 option pay for a technician 200$ or pay 400$ for a new one . And than having no choice and having worry we paid the 400$ for a new one and than they charge us for delivery twice . They should of try of fix the problem since we purchased a warranty and they could of offered free delivery. Worst experience , I will not recommend .

I had a very bad experience with a Bosh side by side fridge. I bought the equipment about 8 years ago at Corbeil and it's costing me 750$ to get it repaired. It's funny how Bosh slogan is Invented for life". I contacted customer care manager in Montreal. The lady who answer the phone Antoinette (with no last name) told me she was the manager and there is nothing they can do about it. Her words and I quote "it's normal that a fridge will break after 8 years". Corbeil is referring me to the manufacturer and not taking any responsibility. Bosh are supposed to be high-end top quality products
