Battlefield Equipment Rentals

Once again let down by these guys delivering unsafe equipment. Bent cross bar and the base controls don't work at all. The unit was inspected Friday, delivered Monday and the hour meter marked down was 4 hrs more than what it actually is. Seems fishy to me.... Gotta do better folks. You're going to get someone hurt.

Amazing staff. Knows their equipment

Poor customer service. Called regional director to discuss. He promised a return call same day, but did not. There are other companies with better service and a great deal more professionalism.

Great people friendly staff

I asked to rent a lift they said they would call me back in a couple of hours. I had to call them back the next day. They found one and said they could have it out that day. They did not call me back I called them at 5 they told me it had to go in for service it would be out first thing. The lift didn't show till 1 pm. Poor customer service.

I phoned today to inquire about purchasing a chainsaw from this location. While the associate was helpful finding the model I desired, he abruptly refused to lower his quote by $10 to match that of Home Depot (which also comes with a larger bar). While the price difference is ultimately negligible, I expect associates to work with customers when making a sale. Otherwise, there is no advantage to shopping here versus big box retail.Update September 14thThanks for reaching out Chris. I will increase my review one star because you reached out.The associate never informed me that was a reduced price. I however find it hard to believe considering he quoted me at $660 for an Echo 501P saw. That is the MSRP per the Echo website. So if you aren’t lying to me, you are inflating the price and subsequently marking them down to the retail value. If that is not true, then your employee is a liar and a bad salesman who lost his commission over $10.Chainsaws once came on sale in autumn, and I know Echo partakes in that tradition.As for the mentioned benefits of purchasing a equipment from you; I am not denying they may be enticing to the market of ignorant users. Fortunately for me, I am not in their midst.I ultimately purchased one for a better deal. The 501P is a very capable saw, and I am enjoying it.Thank you,Liam
