ACME Pool and Spa Company

This place is a joke! They have no problem asking for a credit card number over the phone but god forbid when the time comes to actually fulfill their end of the deal such as opening or closing the pool, it constantly gets pushed back. Called numerous times yesterday to make sure they were coming out, never showed up. This morning they said that it was being done today for sure, still didn’t show up. Just called again and now I am pushed back to tomorrow. Extremely rude over the phone and horrible customer service. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

The company was excellent regarding customer service and price. They were patient while I thought about the gear I wanted to purchase. My feet are very flat and they were able to find ski boots to accommodate me. Andrew and Ian helped with boots, poles and skis. I am a beginner and it was a pleasant experience here.

Been coming here for ski and snowboard equipment for several years. Service is great, and they do an excellent job mounting bindings and making adjustments.

If you are researching where to buy a pool or spa, look no further. If the team at ACME Pool & Spa cannot make your dream backyard come true, I'm not sure anyone can.We had our pool installed in June 2017. Dennis (sales manager) was very open and honest about the pricing and extras. We did not feel pressured to buy anything we didn't want. Steve (pool installer) and his team are efficient, friendly, and cleaned up their area every day when they were done working. Once installed, Steve explained to us how to operate all the equipment and answered all our questions. Dan (owner) did everything he could to ensure we had a great experience.We had our spa delivered in May 2016 and had the same, first class service then. The associates were incredibly friendly, helpful, and willing to help me find a product that fit my needs exactly. Grateful for the help and for associates who took their time to be sure I was happy with my purchase.

Very disappointing customer service.Paid 600$ for opening and closing. They sent two young men in their 20’s who finished the job in about 30 minutes, and left without saying anything. Pool didn’t seem to be primed correctly and it never cleared up. I’m not even sure they added chemicals. I called, and very respectfully asked if someone can come out and take a look at it because after a week it hadn’t cleared up. The manager informed me that “it would be 250$ for them to come out”. When I finally asked if there was a possibility it could’ve been their fault he said “if the workers took an hour at each house we’d only open 8 pools a year”, implying that if they rushed and made a mistake that is my fault. Needless to say don’t waste your money. Take it from someone with an unswimmable pool.Edit: Would be more than willing to talk to someone in the company if you reached out by phone to me or my wife Samm, both numbers should be on file.

Bought a nice used pair of skies for our son & had to have the bindings remounted to fit his boots. Took care of it quickly while we were in town doing other shopping. Thanks for the fast turn around Acme!

I originally bought my pool from acme pool and spa and they were fantastic to work with. This winter was very rough on my pool. I went to them to replace my liner and I could not be happier with their service. Tyler is incredible to work with and every single employee I dealt with was awesome! I had another pool company replace a liner in my old pool and honestly they did not do a very good job. When it was time to replace that pool I went to shop around and it seemed as though the other companies didn’t really want my business. As soon as I walked into acme I was treated fantastic. So that’s who replaced my pool. This year when I needed my liner done it was the same thing. I called a couple places for quotes and was kinda brushed off. I walked into Acme and out with a liner. They are great people to work with. Tyler really went above and beyond. Their customer service is incredible. From now on anytime I need anything I wont even waste my time with the other companies. I’ll go right to Acme. You can’t beat their service!!!

Where do I begin! What a nightmare! Hired Acme to install a new liner which was supposed to be installed first week in June. They set up 4 appointments to start in which I took vacation time to be here and 4 no call no shows! After numerous calls and complaints they finally start the job. First day left a guy here alone to clean out the old debris and liner. He worked hard by himself I must give it to the young kid. Didn’t return for days to install the new liner another no call no show the next day. Left a pump running dry for two days in my pool with no one to retrieve it. Guys install the liner leave and the liner is falling down out of the track everywhere. I’m told this is normal. Pool fills and service guy Mike shows up informs me this is common but now we have to drain the pool to get liner back in. Awesome! He struggled for hours to get it in stretching, yanking, heating, pulling my new liner. I’m no pool guy but I know that can’t be good for the new liner. Next day liner falls out of tracks again. First in one spot, then another, then another. This is a complete disaster. They call like clock work to get paid their second half but refused to communicate with me to get the job done or complete. At this point I’m calling another reputable company to come assess this work and fix the issues. The communication with this company is horrible. Cost me 4 vacation days I could’ve spent with my kids and acted like it’s ok. It’s not. I’ll send you a bill for my post vacation time, damage to my yard by flooding it and the cost to fix your horrible work. Do not use this company you will regret it!!! And and they stole my old pool cover and one of my filters. They said you don’t need it. WTH! Other companies saying why would they take it. What a joke.

I have to say my family and I could not be any happier. For the purchase of our pool the process from start to finish was flawless. We left for vacation and when we got back the pool was up and running and looked great. As we were out if town the staff kept in touch through the whole process . They organized everything from start to finish and did not disappoint. We would like to thank Stevie, Tyler, Andrew, Kevin, and all the other staff that made this happen. Also a great place for your skis and snowboards!! Thank you again ACME!!
