Always fantastic service at the Kelowna Highway 97 location. Dan has been super helpful and I always know when he’s in that I won’t have issues.This crew is trained well and I always feel like they straightforward and honest and aren’t trying to rip me off which as a single female is great as it’s usually the other way around.

Came in for a slow leak repair, ended up needing to change out my rims and lug nuts, team was absolutely amazing, best car service I have ever received, 10/10 recommend

Great service and price. I went in to get my brakes fixed, i.e. everything from rotors, pads and calipers. The staff was really helpful especially Ryan the mechanic he was excited to work on the car and show my how the brakes are fixed. I would definitely recommend him as he is a top man who knows what he is doing.

I had a wonderful experience at this Kal Tire location. The manager Dan is absolutely awesome! He helped me out to get a last minute appointment to swap a flat tire that I got on my way from Calgary to Kelowna. He gave me a great deal and timely, friendly service! 100% will return and recommend this store.

I had thrown a large screw out of my tire on the way to work and my tire was going flat fast, by the time I got to Kaltire it went completely flat! I went in an hour from closing really needing help. I asked if there was any way they could help me with a flat repair and I apologized as I knew they would be closing soon! I was told by the guy at the counter he would check where they were at in the shop. Much to my surprise they were able to whisk me right in, I only had to wait about an hour from start to finish and I was able to continue on my way to work! I really appreciate all their help, my winter tire set, currently on my truck came from Kaltire, they are on their last season....I will definitely be purchasing a new set from them next winter!

Although I made a small purchase (33 buck) at Kal Tire the staff very helpful and provided me with additional info about the product I purchased. I was not dismissed even though my purchase was small, they took the time to explain the product I purchased and why I had the problem.
