Pelee Island Ferry Service

great service! loved the ferry to the island!! it was well organised and a lot of people to help. the crew members were helpful and around all the time. The sporting time is 1 hr. cars were parked neatly and we had ample place to sit or go around in the ferry, they are very punctual about their time and it feels great to be in waters! the washrooms were neat and clean, the waiting seating area is clean. i only wish they served snacks like pre-covid days! the cost seems to be pretty cheap. 45$ for 2 people and a car - return trip.

Recently I was on the ferry with my friend who is in a wheelchair on july 31, 2022- the spot that they allocated for wheelchairs was not near the windows but in a aisle- when we parked my friend needs 5 ft clearance to access her wheelchair from her backseat which means that there should not have been a car blocking her- the staff was helpful at the beginning and then became frustrated because she was trying to explain she needed this clearance- on the way back on the ferry a staff member asked us to go down to the cars so she could get to her car before others. Once there she was not able to get to her car because there was not enought space between the cars. So she had to wait until most of the cars drove out of ferry.I was extremely annoyed by all of this.My recommendations are as follows:1 If anyone goes on the ferry that is using a wheelchair they should have the spot at the front of the ferry with no vehicles beside them and adequate space between cars so they can get to their car.2. Accessible spots near the window and upper decks.3. Accessibility to the beach.

Convininet ferry ride to the island. keep in mind if you book online you still have to go in and get tickets. Same thing when coming back. The ferry ride is 1.5 hrs. There are snack available on board.

Great experience very helpful support staff

Good service! Quite enough indoor as well as outdoor seats to make the 1hr30 mins trips worth it. Cafeteria has quite limited options but good washrooms and drinking water fountain. The cruise is clean and staffs are helpful.

My family members and my big dog (it is the first time for him) took the ferry on April 30. It was an unforgettable riding experience. The crew members were so professional and dog friendly. I couldn't thank them more from the bottom of my heart. They are amazing ! Wish them all the best !

I cannot commend the Pelee Island Ferry Service enough. Their kindness and respect is unparalleled. It's a small ferry with an amazing crew. They not only dealt with a very difficult situation but continued to check in to see how we were doing. They went above and beyond in their service. Professional and exceptional. Look forward to going back to Pelee island in the future on the Pelee Island Ferry Service.

Just what I expected - a small quaint ferry. Just a cafe on the small one but the coffee was good and the ride just lovely. Do not take your car because you do not need it and it is scary to watch the cars loaded. Either bring your bike or do what we did and rented some great bikes on the island.

Friendly staff, washrooms are clean and food is reasonably priced.

The journey was smooth, seamless service, and spectacular, breathtaking views of the Pelee Island on arrival.
