Shoppers Drug Mart

Pharmacy area is a mess and floors and counter are dirty. The pharmacy staff basically ignore you. An “ I’ll be right with you” from across the counter would be appreciated

Nothing but issues getting my prescriptions refilled. I repeatedly have to tell them the correct fax number smd somehow they are unable to keep that on file? I end up going days without my medications because of this. Unreliable and incompetent is my opinion on this pharmacy. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Has to be the most rudest employees in the pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Very slow with service and a shrug of the shoulders is the way that the answer questions and they treat regular white skin Canadians very very poorly but definitely not recommend their Pharmacy whatsoever.They racially profiling. 4 days it took me to not receive a prescription from them and I was so frustrated I would rather drive an hour and a half to my old Pharmacy rather than deal with these ones. I do not recommend using their pharmacy.

Oct 11th, with 6 employees behind the counter in the pharmacy, they still can’t get a prescription ready! I have been waiting for 50 minutes, for a prescription they said will be ready in 20. No apologies. Very typical of this pharmacy. They treat you poorly I don’t have the common sense or courtesy to apologize when they’ve been incorrect.No line upsStaff standing aroundJust really poor morning service.

Constantly having issues with prescriptions. Can never fill them on time and have to wait. Sometimes you can't get prescription days in advance for when you need them... overall, dealing with the owner and staff are frustrating. They just don't care. I will not be going back to this pharmacy and I would recommend for others not to go there.

This pharmacy is honestly a joke. Every month I always have issues filling my prescriptions. They either don’t have them ready (once told me they have a 2 day waiting period for prescriptions, which I’ve never heard of) because they fill them offsite?? or they don’t give you the right medications to even telling me my dr hadn’t faxed over the prescription even though I was next to him while he did it. Recently they had given me the wrong medication sizes. I was supposed to go up by a certain dosage per month and they gave it to me out of order and when I called them to explain what had happened they told me they didn’t do anything wrong and gave it to me properly. The staff always seem miserable and have bad attitudes from the get go and just seem inconvenienced to be serving customers. Definitely taking my business to pond mills pharmacy across the road!!!

The pharmacist owner Sahar Chatham isn’t professional, she’s rude & judgemental if your wearing a hijab & getting a certain prescription filled.

Rude staff at pharmacy. If you feel like wasting your time standing and waiting forever for your prescription you should definitely shop here. Even if you call ahead and give hours you’ll still wait. Often I think there is a language barrier, be careful ordering your children’s medication here they have messed up the dose of my daughters. It’s unfortunate but just look at the terrible reviews the people don’t lie. We’re switching to Rexall 10000%

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the city. After days of calling for updates on my prescription, they tell me they don’t have it and have to order it from the supplier. Then they tell me if I want my prescription faster I have to call the other shoppers to see who has it, I don’t even have the prescription to know what exactly it was that the doctor ordered. This is not my first incident here.This is the last time I go to this shoppers

I was told to book my vaccine appointment online by the pharmacist and I did so.However, the day I went in, the staff and pharmacy was unable to assist me with my vaccine appointment. That being said, I am very unhappy with the staff and pharmacy. They were very unprofessional and to let me know in advance that they had no vaccinations available as I went into my appointment.I will never step foot into this Shoppers Drug Mart again.
