David with River Valley was spectacular to work with. As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions which he was happy to answer. He was very thorough and provided a very meticulous report. We felt very confident about his work and knew exactly what we were getting ourselves into with our new home!

I was concerned about air quality in my home;, specifically, I was concerned with possible mold. David was very thorough in his inspection of my basement. He took air samples outdoors to compare with the reading in my basement. He was knowledgeable and he pointed out a downspout issue as well as a corner which should be caulked

The property inspection results were crystal clear with detailed information, photos, and recommendations. The summary even included quick links to local professionals for any repairs that were needed…what a breeze! I was looking for a while who to hire for home inspection in Wisconsin and decided to go with River Valley Home Inspection because I wanted to get radon, mold and air quality inspection on top of regular home inspection, and they were certified for all that. I came and met Dave at the time of inspection and was amazed with the equipment he brought with him and at his attention to detail. Report was detailed 70 page report with pictures and explanations of all defects, no matter how small they were. I’m extremely happy that I went with River Valley Home Inspection and glad I met Dave in person. It is a 10 star business and I wish them everything best!
