WNY Heating and Cooling

I have had this company come out twice this year for two different issues and I must say always make me feel at ease. So far they have been honest, prompt on time and service. I would definitely recommend to anyone in my area. This year has been challenging with the whole Covid-19 so a lot of prices our over pricing and booked weeks in advance. This company try there hardest to get you in as soon as possible -if they get a cancellation they will call you!! Also love how there prices are a lot more affordable then what I hear my neighbors were paying for the same service with different companies.

I do NOT recommend. This place has canceled 2 times for an installation for an air conditioner. When Mike did his estimate I thought he was very professional and honest. I waited weeks and weeks for them to install on April 9, 2020. I even asked them to please call me if there are any openings. Of course I did not get a response.They called my husband the next day stating they could not come due to snow. So we waited another week. Installation was supposed to be tomorrow April 16, 2020. My husband called this morning and they said yes they would be coming. The woman calls my husband this afternoon and says they have to cancel again. This is totally unacceptable and very poor customer service. I told my husband we have to cancel. I have 2 young kids and do not have time for continual cancellations. I do not recommend this business.

Mike is fantastic. You will not get better service anywhere else.

What I thought was going to be a huge expense mike was honest and was able to fix my ac fast and come out the next day after calling about my problem. Def will be recommending his company and using them from here on out !!!

Furnace was down. Called at 8:00 AM he was out and replaced exhaust blower within hours. Very reasonable and an HVAC Tech you can trust!Steve

We had a new Furnace and Central Air installed and they were by far very professional and reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
