I give zero star if google allow, full of pudholes and poorly maintained and attended. Never seen a worse parking facility in North America…… homeless literally try to peek and break in minute after you leave your vehicle……

My van windows got smashed. Parked from 4pm till 11pm and front and drivers side window both smashed. Nothing stolen from what I can tell, reading the reviews this is a common issue. Why are the no cameras? Why am I paying for parking for it to then cost me in repairs

I parked here because i went to van for a concert. All my stuff was stolen when i was at the concert and the bank across the street or the lot itself did not have cameras. I wouldnt pay to park here because your going to have to save that money for your icbc deductible. Joke service by a joke company. The lady on the phone actually told me i should not leave anything in my vehicle... Well I'm not from van and they took my sound system items. Cant exactly take that out to bring into rogers arena. Thanks impark. Im still finding things missing i did not know they took.

I’ll give -0 stars. Terrible parking that i have ever seen.I parked here 2 days ago when I came back both doors in diver side has been keyed and scratched all the car and broke the window. NEVER EVER PARK HERE!!!

We left shortly after we attempted to park. Junkies were shooting up 10 feet (3 meters) from my truck. Nope! Ain’t got time for that!
