It is 4 minute drive away from where I live, I have two packages there that is delayed. I called customer service to create tickets to sort out the problem and was told several times that I will get it within the next two days but never received emails about the tickets updates and still have not received my packages yet. I’m very disappointed in the service provided by Canada post.

Everyone is very nice at this location but Jay just took customer service skills to a new level! He was very helpful and friendly. Overall, great experience at this location.
