Bronson Jones & Co go over and above in regards to service and support through challenging legal matters that would leave the average person feeling completely overwhelmed. I can't say enough good things about our experience with this company. They ensured that we understood what was happening every step of the way and were always courteous and helpful during phone/in-person interactions. We always felt heard and guided. I highly recommend this team of professionals!

Really sad I hired them to help me with my case with ICBC - didn't know any better lawyers at the time and now I'm hearing all sorts of stories of way higher compensation than what I got for my case. They really pushed me to settle for something way less than what my case was worth and even though I fought for a higher settlement, it still was 3x less than what I should've been compensated for after hearing other successful cases by other lawyers now too late. So so so disappointed I ever retained them to help me.

Horrible--this firm hires junior lawyers with a high turnover rate. My lawyer had never been to trial and refused to return my calls or answer important questions. They will settle P.I. cases for the least amount. I fired them. Choose your lawyer carefully-they are not doing you a favour by taking your case-you are doing them a favour by letting them represent you. In reply to the response provided by a nameless employee of Bronson Jones. All of my allegations are accurate. At the time of my interaction, there was one lawyer,exclusive of the owners and one other junior lawyer who had just quit. My lawyer refused to talk with me for almost a year,as I recall. and who advised me he had never been to trial. In fact, he was a recent law school graduate. I note in the reply it is stated all lawyers are professional and registered-this is true and means nothing. They do not state they are very well experienced,as they are not. Finally,I reached out to Mr. Bronson through his secretary to seek a meeting with him. He refused to speak with me or to offer a meeting. I fired the company.

The team at Bronson Jones is great to work with. They were always keeping me up to date with everything regarding my case. Their professionalism and experiences shines through in every aspect. Communication is of utmost important during stressful times and the Bronson Jones team was always available to me with any updates and questions.
