Received great care for our fur baby. Expensive given it was emergency care. The clinic staff were very supportive and kind. We appreciated their support during our time of need.

I just had to put my sweet girl Phoebe down. Everyone at this clinic was wonderful. Amazing bedside manor. I would highly recommend this clinic.Thank you for making a really sad experience comfortable knowing my baby girl was at peace.

Oak West Animal Clinic
The Thursday morning coming into the Easter long weekend, our Labrador was experiencing several hours of continuous vomiting. Our regular vet was unable to squeeze him in, but recommended Oak West Urgent Veterinarian Care.To say that the team at Oak West is amazing, would be an understatement. They took excellent care of Stanley, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. He required a couple follow-up visits, but thankfully, after a couple of days, he had returned to his usual happy self.Thanks so much for everything to the staff at Oak West!

The staff at Oakwest Animal Clinc are incredible. They sincerely care about the animals and the owners.Recently my cat has had a lot of issues, that resulted in removing his eye. They helped me navigate some tough decisions (and a meltdown lol)They took the time to information seek with me. They offered solutions and options considering what was best for my cat, and my wallet.The staff call regularly to make sure he is feeling OK with his ongoing issues & surgery recovery.They always have time for a phone call to chat about my concerns.I would highly recommend this clinic!!

We had a wonderful experience with all of the staff. They were already fully booked and squeezed us in for an emergency after we called 9 vets in Huron county including our own Clinton Vet Services who all told us they couldn’t fit in our emergency. They were all very welcoming and gave our dog the best care. 100% recommend!

I want to thank Dr. Egli, Mandy and Linda for their knowledge and kindness. My dog Wallace came in as an emergency patient and was treated with extraordinary care. They worked hard yo get him a referral for overnight care and emergency surgery. They even stayed more than an hour on a Friday evening so Wallace could stay on fluids until it was time for us to drive to Guelph. I was treated with much compassion while I heard all of his results and what was next. Every question was answered and I felt no judgment from the staff. Thank you for all that you did and do.

Our almost one year old cat Boo Radley was attacked, and lost half his tail. They saw us first thing in the morning and we’re able to fix him up that day. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Big Thank you to everyone there!!Highly recommend!

AMAZING STAFF! had to bring our dog in as she couldn't move her back legs, which led to testing, which led to having to put her down(age and issues). Staffs super supportive!!! Pricy though, but all emergency vets are

On April 1, my regular vet clinic recommended I take my cat to Oak West urgent care for my cat who was in respiratory distress. They were very quick to see him. Unfortunately, there was fluid around Willie's lungs and we chose to humanely euthanize. He had been palliative for a little while. It was heartbreaking but Oak West was very kind, caring and profession. I am very grateful for the veterinarian and vet tech that helped us. They made a clay print of his paws and it means so much to me. Thank you so much.
