Loved the authentic Dosa and Idlis that they serve. Portion size is amazing for the price. Kudos to the Chef and the Service Team.Would visit again to try something different next time.Although just the seating arrangement could be better to dine in.Good options and choices of South Indian specials. Thank you.

Dosa Eatery Waterloo
The first thing you see when you enter is a full garbage can with garbage spilling outside. Ordered two masala dosas and one onion masala dosa for dine in. Sat on the table which was extremely dirty. Had to ask for tissues and clean the table MYSELF. The staff happily handed over the tissues for me to clean. Had specifically asked for masala on side which they forgot but it was still alright. Portion size is good but the chana dal in the masala was uncooked. The coconut chutney is proprietary. Would not visit if seeking an authentic South Indian food experience. Also ordered dahi vada which was a big no no. The vada was too dry and the curd tasted funny. Had to discard it. The staff also needs to be more welcoming and warm. Their body language depicts rudeness and no care for customers.

We ordered a Masala Dosa and a Chettinad Spicy Masala Dosa for lunch. Both the dosas were amazing and very filling given their price. I personally would have preferred the tomato chutney over the chutneys served but the food was delicious nonetheless. However, I was surprised to see that there was no seating available at all and they do not have their own board to locating it is tough from the main road. Additionally, I found the sambar to be a bit more watery than other locations. The chutneys were also different and not the classic coconut and tomato chutney that other places serve. I believe that there is potential but one would need to come with a car here as take out would make the dosas soggy and ruin the experience.

Last week, I had been craving some south Indian food since it's been a while since I've had it. Luckily to my surprise, I found Dosa Eatery was the perfect place to satisfy my cravings! As seen in its name Dosa eatery offers an assortment of different Dosa types and other south Indian dishes such as uthappam and vada. I ended up ordering their Masala Dosa and their Vada and boy did it remind me of my mum's cooking! Their masala dosa was crunchy, flavourful, yet somewhat tangy all at the same time! On the other hand, their plain vada was absolutely delicious too and was served with sambar, coconut chutney and two other chutneys. Overall the quality and taste of the food were quite good and their pricing is reasonable too, definitely give Dosa Eatery a shot if you've been looking to try out some South Indian food! Order wrongly delivered. Asked for ghee roast and got masala dosa. Vadas were uncooked. Worst dosa trial ever after maha’s kitchen. I wonder if I had option to give 0 stars. Waste of 50$ for total take out. Total disappointment.Went back to the shop to return vada and the old guy started arguing.didn’t even say sorry.

Right down the road from Goodlife Fitness, the best place to get in your hot, high protein meal in quickly!! The place is quite hidden, so make sure to look out for Rapizza, Dosa Eatery is within there. Mr. Praveen Kumar and his team were very nice and quick with their service. Dosa is best eaten by hand, so make sure to ask Praveen or his staff a place to wash your hands, they’re very accommodating. I honestly can’t wait to go back and try their Chicken Keema dosa again. When it comes to the portion size of the sambar and chutney, they were perfect.
