Worst drive through time and service I've ever had in canada at any tim hortons, waiting in the drive through still, 40 Minutes, window girl is rude and told me, I would be waiting a long time for asking what the hold up is,

If there were negative stars available we’d give this place those, as this Tim Hortons is by far the most revolting location we have ever visited. Firstly, the bathrooms were *filthy*. Garbage overflowing, mirror looked like it had been cleaned with dirty mop water, floors covered with mud. When we mentioned this to the staff the supervisor smiled it off and cited staffing issues. No one actually went to clean it. Additionally, they were out of everything we wanted to order. Chili - we don’t have it. Steak wrap - we are out of steak. Ice coffee - we don’t have that either. The cilantro lime chicken bowl we did get tasted like vomit. And no wonder as the food prep area was also filthy with food strewn about everywhere - counters floor etc. Do yourselves a favor and skip this location unless you want to risk getting sick.

Went in and the line was out thexdoor, everyone kept it together, speedy service, good food, the Fella who made my bagels Kenneth, he's a rockstar super hard worker, deserves a raise or promotion or something he's running that place for sure. Good job guys keep it up

Poor service, only showing off in store.1. The person took orders after 4min.2. Ordered double-double coffee which has no sugar and one cream only.3. I ordered cream broccoli soup, but the person didn't give me a bun that was supposed to come together as per the menu.

Fast service and great selection while taking a stop during a road trip. Lots of parking spaces available and washrooms are decent. Get an apple fritter and honey cruller. I don't recommend the blueberry donut or the Maple glazed one. Very bland. Coffee is nice and the selection is large. Vegan options are also available.

Grill always broken, extremely long line ups, often 30 minute wait times in the drive thru. Update* dec 2022. They never have dark roast, never have breakfast items past 9am, wait times are even longer. Out of every 10 vehicles waiting in line 2 or 3 give up and drive away after not moving for 20+ minutes. Probably the worst fast food drive thru on planet earth.
