I like going here because they are always very willing to help. Great selections and extremely knowledgeable staff. Also, on larger orders the turnaround time is very impressive.

I took two of my tiles here to be cut and I had marked on the tiles where I wanted cut and what pieces I wanted. And this was in Oct 2022 and I didn't hear anything from them for 5 months and when I would go there or call them I'd get the same thing that the guy cutting them forget them". When I went there to see what was up I learned they not only broke my tiles they lost my number so they were just waiting for me to just come in one day. Thankfully I had spare tiles but then after another month they again lost my number or something because they never called me

Very bad experience. I was looking for a new floor for my kitchen and bathroom. I live in a 800 sq ft home so not a big project. I was happy with what I saw at the store and the price looked reasonable. I talked with Brad and he arranged to come and look at my house to determine prices for install. He came out the next week and took measurements and left in under half an hour. Was very professional and friendly. As he left he said he would email me some prices in the next day or two. I waited a week without hearing from him. I emailed Brad asking about the quotes. I waited another week without hearing anything. I went into the store to see about the quotes. Brad told me that he was really busy with a big commercial client and hadn't had the chance to do up my quote. He apparently was so busy he couldn't be bother to even reply to my email. He said he would do up the quote the next day and email it to me. That was a month ago and I have heard nothing. So unless you are an importiant commercial client don't bother with this place, they don't have the time for you. It's not really even that he never gave me the promised quote as I am sure I can figure out how to install the floor myself. It is that Brad couldn't be bothered to treat me like a person and say that he was just too busy to help.

Had the same experience as another customer, contacted to come out for a quote. Came right away, took measurements and now has been a month and have not heard back from them. Texted got no reply went with another company in Camrose.

Fabulous people to deal with and an awesome array of product on hand ready to head out the door!!!!!
