This rating is for drive thru only. Very hard to place order. It had no customization..and also they forgot 1 thing from my order after a long wait on a regular order.. food taste was good as expected

On Sunday evening of April 9/23, I ended up going to the Tim Hortons there. Sam, the supervisor, was amazing, patient, hospitable and efficient. Kudos to that location for hiring employees like Sam who know how to serve with respect and care. Thank you.

Nice Tim's location with good seating booths and friendly staff /fast service. Fresh food all the time. The location is wheelchair accessible and has wheelchair parking. Parking is free and there is ample parking available. The kitchen is working hard around the clock so there are always fresh pastries and bagels etc. The volume is moderate to high which means the coffee is always fresh. Bathroom facilities are kept clean. Overall a nice quiet hub for the neighborhood to get a cup of coffee or an ice latte in the afternoon and evening.

It's Tim's. They are all the same, but I usually go to this one for breakfast if I get it, and it's consistently quick and accurate, which can't be said for most Tim Hortons. Rarely have issues at this location, and if there are issues, they are quick to make it right

Morning staff are a bunch of incompetant kids with no direction clearly. Honestly, on 3 occassions now they gave me the wrong food order. Im done with this location, if I pay for a bagel with cream cheese dont give me a plain toasted bagel and charge me for it.

I ordered a dozen donuts 2 months ago from this location and the two Boston Cream donuts were missing the filling, which I didn’t find out until I got home. I called to let them know in case there were more that were also missing them and the manager I spoke to, Bonnie, said none of the others were like that, but the next time I went I should ask for her and she would replace them, which I thought was nice. Fast forward to today and I knew it had been a while, so she might not remember, but I thought since I was in the plaza I’d pop in and ask about it. Well, talk about being rude when I was being very pleasant. She raised her eyebrows at me when I told her the date and said, “Don’t wait that long next time. Usually we don’t replace them if it’s been that long.” She spoke to me like a child she was chastising, not a customer she was trying to rectify a mistake for. If she didn’t want to replace them a simple “sorry it’s been too long” would have sufficed. I’m honestly not even going to eat the single donut she gave me after that. I’ll stick to the location closer to my house from now on.

Breanna the manager was the most obnoxious nastiest rudiest person ever encountered, she needs training on how to rectify situation and complaints and 100% anger management program! She should be refrained from interacting with customers!!! mistakes happens and there are trainee they needs assistant which is completely understandable she lack the qualifications to train any of the employees for sure!!!!They made mistake with my order which is OK it happens, her reaction absolutely disgrace to customer service… she threw food at the counter like trash when I told her my sandwich is wrong…she touched my sandwich without gloves right after using the cash register and money didn’t wash them, she handled the situation with anger and eye rolling it was humiliating, Breanna I don’t understand how u are the manager! U shouldn’t be working with people not for you! I recommend another job for you where u isolated from humans!

I’m come into this location very often, and usually in the mornings. For the most part the staff are friendly, and the store is very clean. I’m usually greeted within a few seconds of arriving, which is nice. Today my order got messed up, and assuming it was someone new, because they seemed very nervous. A young lady named Breanna came to the rescue and fixed the issue very quickly. She was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience and redid my order. Definitely one of my better experiences. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely ridiculous place to go to, avoid it if you can. Their debit machine is always down and you can be stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes without knowing. They won't even bother posting a sign to warn the clients. Same goes for the espresso machine

These days going to Tim's, through the drive thru or inside it takes more than 20 mins before someone takes your order. The service is very slow.We need to do better
