Rude when you ask questions about your dogs file. Refuse to dispense medication without a visit even though the yearly visit was just a month before and they are the ones who told me to give the medication to my dog. Then changed their mind and now required me to come in so they can give my dog his medication so they can charge me to simply give my dog a pill. All they want is money and don't seem to care about your animal. Horrible customer service. Horrible people who treat their customers like garbage. Take your pet some where else.

EDIT in response to their reply below….. : “If there is an urgent issue and it is outside our normal business hours” - copied directly from their website.They do not take any emergencies even if it is during their business hours so that shouldn’t be on the website.Original review : I have been coming here for 3 years and have absolutely nothing but issues. They just want your money. They don’t try to find the route cause, just meds and the same tests over and over.This place should definitely take off that they have emergency services because they never actually deal with emergencies….. just tell you to go to the emerg vet.Customer service is not great. They don’t seem to care about your pets, just your payment.I am not the only one, I have multiple friends who have had the same experiences which was the motivation behind writing this review.I will never return to this vet, and will never recommend anyone to ever bring their furry loved one here.

This vet has always been my go-to for my cats and dogg, my family also take their pets here and always have raving reviews. No, it's not cheap, but having a pet comes with a financial responsibility.

I’ve had to visit the Village Vet for my dog recently and I had a wonderful experience, despite my dog being sick. The staff are super friendly and attentive, the vets are top notch and provide excellent advice and explanation for what treatments are necessary.You get the sense that they really care for your animal and aren’t recommending expensive tests unless they are absolutely necessary.I know folks that travel from the city to come to this vet because they are held in high regard.

I love when they knock before they come into the exam rooms, like yes, my dogs are naked, but we arrived like this. Lol

Brought in our puppy and had her setup within 20 minutes for her next two vaccinations. Very friendly.

I'm actually not a client here...but I once lost my cockatiel. He had flown away and was missing for a few days. A kind stranger found him across town and wasn't sure what to do with him, so he left him in the care of the Village Veterinary Clinic until they could get a hold of me.The staff here were so kind to care for my sweet bird, even though they didn't have to. I think this just shows how much they care for animals. I would trust them with mine, if they ever have room for new clients.
