Comfortable small arena. A bit confusing to find the entrance. Did not seem to be wheelchair accessible.

One of the better maintained rinks in the city with nice staff

This is one of the better rinks in Lethbridge; the seating is comfortable and it's not too cold for the people watching the games.

Great arena facility with clear ice vantage viewing and concession avail for snackies.

I didn't like how two of the lifeguards vibes were. I entered their gym, i was wearing my socks and while I was checking the weights, I have noticed through the mirror how one of them was throwing a smirk and laughing at me while she was cleaning the mirror from the indoor pool! One of them came in and told me I need to wear at least shoes if I'm going to lift weights which I appreciate and it's understandable because of safety purposes. The lifeguard who was laughing at me and telling her co-worker right in front of my sight DOESN'T SIT RIGHT FOR ME. What's crazier about this is when I came back in the indoor pool, she gave me a weird look? The audacity! This just makes me not want to come back in here again! I strongly believe this calls for discrimination, what the heck are they even laughing about? Me wearing socks only or because of my body? But either way, I hope the management of this center retrain them on how to be nicer next time.

It's an alright place to swim. Toddler pool is always full of adults sitting and visiting though. Should be monitored and have rules in place that only toddlers are allowed in the toddler pool and that adults shouldn't be sitting and hanging out. Takes away from the limitted space for toddlers to enjoy. Staff running the desk need to be fully trained as well. we tried to reserve the deck for our son's first birthday, but the person running the desk did not know how to check the availability, or how to reserve it for us. She also refused to ask anyone else for help, and asked me to return the following Monday to reserve. Well, by the time I returned, it had been reserved by someone else. Had she known how to do her job, we would have been able to reserve it.

Pool was nice, not to busy and not to loud.Most of the staff were nice and helpfulHad a situation with a lifeguard in the change room that made a rude comment directed at me and my partner. This comment made us feel as though it wasn't LGBTQ+ friendly at this pool.Not a bad review but a heads up for LGBTQ+ people out there looking to swim here.

Nice pool for kids and toddlers with toddler swim area. Drink and public shake has lots of bench room to get ready. No toddler learn to skate bars yo use so bring your own.
