Richard Kang is reliable and thorough as are his techs. Many IT businesses offer computer support and networking, but after hours they are difficult to locate, not to mention the additional charges if they happen to reply. In my experience, RHK's technicians are available, capable and considerate of the client's problems. There is no hesitation by the IT consultants to meet your issues immediately, by accessing their process and logging on remotely to assist with the issues. RHK have support techs available by phone or email, who are both happy and concerned in correcting any issues as they arise in order to provide answers or assurances as to how and when a solution will arrive.

I would avoid this company because they secretly have shady operations. They sell you cracked licenses and charge you as authentic licenses for software. They also replace your company's global policies with unlicensed and stolen intellectual properties. Not to mention, when paying their employees, a lot of time it's either late and the cheques get bounced. I would suggest find a trustworthy reputable consultant to verify your keys and your global policies. This is why they lost us, and a few other businesses.

I've used R. H. K. Consulting Group over the past 14 years for dozens of successful internal projects and I never have to worry about recommending their services to my friends and colleagues. Their staff presents very professionally and their ability to think outside the box and solve problems is definitely an asset. (A+)
