Ran out of power steering fluid. They invited us in and filled it up free of charge. Very friendly! Thanks so much for helping us out!

I use to be a very local customer to to this Jiffy , wouldnt go anywhere else as i loved the staff and service. That all changed after my last apt unfortunately, so i felt it necessary to update my prev 5 star review.The next day i started to notice a noise when turning my wheel, it kept happening so i took it into a mechanic and was surprised at what i was told. They advised me that whoever had done my last oil change ( Jiffy Lube - Stony ), FORGOT one of the bolts on my skid plate when putting it back on. How can you forget that? Did i mention that my truck was only 6 months old at the time!!! Going to Jiffy for this oil change ended up costing me over 300$ due to their error and could have damged my brand new vehciel even more!!! I phoned the location to advise of this , and was told i would get a call back from the owner. Well, that was last week haha shows their concern for their customers eh.I will never return to ANY Jiffy, no impressed AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Decent service, clean, pleasant staff. Only get three stars because they wouldn't let me use a $5 off coupon for my oil change that I had got directly from the Jiffy Lube website before I went. They just said that it was already discounted so they wouldn't honor my coupon. Yet, it is still $6 more then it was back in June at the same location. DON'T try to use a Jiffy Lube coupon here as they will outright refuse it, even though it was directly from the Jiffy Lube Website. Not very happy or impressed

My car was over filled with oil and the engine was destroyed less than 30 km down the road. Owner unwilling to admit fault and accept responsibility, leaving me stranded thousands of miles from my home. Claims his employee showed me the overfilled dipstick and I approved of it before pulling out of the garage. Oil change employees should be the ones responsible for checking fluid levels, not the customer.

Time for a new lube shop.. The oil changes get more expensive and yet the service goes down. They put that they checked my tires and fluids on the receipt, but nothing was touched. I checked my low tire right after and had to fill it up from 25psi, not even close to the 36 that's on my receipt. Last time I went here I got told my washer fluid was low, but I'll have to go fill it up myself.. For $160 I hoped I could at least get some air and a little washer fluid! Bye Jiffy Lube!

I love supporting local businesses, it's important for the community. The first time I took my new vehicle here there was a very helpful chap and I was really happy with the service and price.The second time I went in, it was a different person and his customer service skills were pretty much non existent. However, we can't always have good days, maybe he was having a bad day.Let's hope you get the really helpful chap with excellent customer service when you visit.
