This place has every piece of hardware you don't need. The staff has poor knowledge regarding hardware, specifically bolts. The staff also puts zero effort into assisting customers in finding what they need. Maybe I am biased but this place is always useless for me.-edit: meant to post this for the Bishop Grandin location

Staff is useless. Gave me the wrong brake parts for my impala.It will be another 20 years before I try and buy an autopart from Canadian tire.Piston ring had no trouble getting the correct parts on the first try.Don't give up. Maybe you'll figure it out in the future.

On 5th of March i purchased among other things brake pads...I twice confirmed with the counter clerk that this was the right brake pads for my vehicle, i was informed that they were and thats what the system said, the receipt mentions the correct make and model of my vehicle. As has been my routine, i often purchase parts weeks if not months in advance if they are on sale or i anticipate that i will be requiring the service soon. I had my car at my mechanics shop 2 weeks later and while on the hoist with the tires off and calipers open and what not, my mechanic informs me that these are the wrong pads and that they are too big. I was furious, i call Partssource to let them know. They ofcourse at that point, do not have the part and this is the only part they carry for this vehicle.My mechanic was able to get the part from Piston Ring who delivered it to his shop after measurements very taken and exchanged to make sure we weren't making the same mistake and saved me but not without me getting billed an extra hour while my car was on the hoist and he could not take another vehicle in as planned. Anyways, next week, i find all part source stores are closed until further notice. I was informed over the phone by a rude manager that there was nothing that could be done and why did i wait 2 weeks to take my vehicle in to be serviced...Are you kidding me????? even though i am well with in my window of exchange or refund and its clearly your fault...The manager now confronted changed tone and said that i would be called as soon as the stores reopen and no refunds were possible. Fast forward to now....months later..in May 24 long weekend...Parts source has started conducting business as usual and are selling you more junk but cannot take returns and no one has called me...You basically took my money and have held it for months illegitimately...I expected better service and will no longer be shopping at your locations ever again for my service needs

This particular store has everything you need in terms of parts (good stock} also they are able to obtain missing items same day (at least from my experience on several occasions). Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Quality parts and best part you can borrow the tools needed free of charge. I give them hands on 5 stars

Went in to buy an oil filter and wipers for my car, I parked a little further away then the other customers. I completed my purchase and come out to see a notice on my car telling me that I need to move my car, and parking is for part source customers only.. and if I do it again I'll be towed. Wow. They didn't even verify if I was a customer that went into the store, instead they just left a notice threatening to tow one of their customers.

The promo card weekend is a joke. Waste people time. When I travel there and spend half hours make up my order and they just say no card. They said the head office just sent 15 promo card to their store. I ask could I get a credit or discount, the manager just said a big bad no. This manager is a bad manager, not even polite. He said some bad when the customer already disappoint with thier no sense promotion weekend.

I Bought brake parts from this store on the weekend I wasn’t sure what do i need in terms of single piston or dual so one of the employee Sandyp came out and looked at my car and gave me the right parts. Definitely going back and recommending this place.

Ha! What a joke, I guess they don't want the business. Thier website has air filters on sale for 17.99 from 19.99 not bad, thought I'd phone and see if they have in stock. They do BUT because of a glitch on thier website, the sale was over yesterday and as he speaks with the manager, the manager is calling head office regarding thier problems not the customer and they don't offer the sale price. Fine. I'll just take my money and my business somewhere else.

Much better than BIG NAMES places. Professional staff knew exactly what I needed, had everything in stock, cheaper than in other places and they work on Sundays. Very happy customer. Strongly recommend this place.

I stopped in for refrigerant leak seal and refrigerant but they had none is stock. I did however manage to pick up a couple other items I have never tried like Rain-X, Blue Devil Power Steering Stop Leak, and Kleen-flo XX Honey Goo Penetrant. I have given only 3 stars because of the refrigerant, but if these other products are awesome I will change my rating.
