I've been staring at my ugly floors for way too long and finally decided that this was the year I was going to get them redone. I contacted ABC Floor Sanding & Refinishing and quickly heard back from the owner, Scott. When he came for the estimate, he reassured me that my floors weren't as bad as I thought and that they would be able to restore them in no time. I took his word for it and started to pack up everything from three bedrooms and my living room.When the day arrived for them to start, the crew arrived promptly first thing in the morning. They patiently helped me pick stain colours, showing me several options, until I choose one, then went straight to work. The whole process took several days to complete, but the finished product is so worth it. My awful scabby looking floors were turned into a beautiful new surface I can finally be proud of. I LOVE how they turned out and am so happy to finally have gotten them done. Thank you for all your hard work ABC Floor Sanding!

Highly recommended. Scott and his team came in after we bought our house to refinish our hardwood floors. Our real estate agent, contractors, and everyone else who had been through the house before the work all comment on the refinishing job and say it has transformed the house.

They came in and did an amazing job I thought I could maybe do it myself but after seeing the quality of work and professionalism they delivered I quickly realized my results would not even compare to what they produced. No risk here party on.

ABC Floor Sanding, was quick to respond to my call for a quote.They showed up on time and prepared to start work within the hour.They did a great job with the sanding, and the dust was a minimum.They did a great job at cleaning up after themselves right after the sanding.Then they started the stain, I was installing new floors in the hallway and they did their best to match the colour, it was not exactly but close enough so it was not standing out.They quoted three days and they were finished in three days,They were very professional.Their work is above average.They are a father and son teamI would not hesitate to use their services again
