It was a real pleasure to find a dentist with, not only a obvious knowledge of what he was doing but also compassion, a sense of humor, and a price much less than expected. My family and I have gone to Lakeside Family Dental for >40 years. In all those years the visits have always been pleasant and professional. Since Dr. Mel Cohen is semi retired, Dr. Michael Cohen has taken over and has maintained the positive and friendly atmosphere. The staff are very professional and friendly which makes for an ideal visit.

I left a very disappointing dentist and just had my first appointment at Lakeside Family Dental, WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE! Dr.Vlad was amazing and the team equally as kind and compassionate. We love this dentist! I love that we can have our orthodontist and our dentist under one roof. My daughter feels so special when she enters the office. I feel good sending her in on her own, she always comes out smiling.The staff is so welcoming and supportive. It feels like we are visiting friends when we go for our appointment.Thank you Lakeside Family dental for the exceptional service you give us and for the positive dental and orthodontic experience you have provided to my daughter!

Excellent service every time, all the time. Receptionist, hygenist, doctor, and all staff very friendly, most polite and very professional. Equipment and all facilities are all very clean, tidy, and all staff very well attired. Very highly recommend to use this outstanding dental facility if not already a patient.

When we moved to Lakeshore Road from North of Waterdown we were given Dr, Cohen's information so that we may have Dental services closer to home. We have never regretted the decision The premises are clean and inviting.The staff friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Cohen -friendly understands the British sense of humour and the service excellent.
