Communication was great, answered all my (extensive) questions, went above and beyond to solve my issues.Even helped me prove an issue with water quality I was having so I knew replacing the tank would fix it and helped put my mind at ease.Price was very close to expectations set in advance.Excellent work.

If you want a plumber to show up for 5 minutes, tell you, you have a sewer backup (that's why I called them), then tell you that they can't deal with it, you have to call another plumber. Berger's is your best choice, but expect a $250 bill in addition to the cost of a plumber that can actually help.

Brutal customer service from lady who answers phone. Rude and rude. All I wanted was someone to call me back and she acted like I wanted her first born child. Very rude. Don’t use them.

Darren Ulmer and his team were very helpful in getting a recent got water tank relocation done WELL and swiftly. Darren pulled all the necessary permits so I didn't have to and sent very knowledgeable staff to coordinate with the on-site workers to ensure their part of the job was done ahead of schedule and without worry.

My furnace was making a horrible noise, I hired Baumans to fix it since they installed the furnace I assumed they could fix it. They could not even find the problem. So I tried Bergers and they found the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend Darrel for any repairs or installs you need. He is very thorough, professional and does the job properly. He is also a super kind person.
