Have been a fan of the brand for several vehicles now, and we've always felt well looked after by Audi. This was our first purchase with Audi Ottawa, and it was excellent. Professional. Courteous. Figured out a way to structure the deal that met our needs and expectations, and theirs. And they quickly took care of a couple of little things after the fact. Simply a great experience.

Impressive, spotless showroom staffed with most courteous and helpful people (never been offered a coffee or water so often). Atdhe our salesman, very personable and patient, helped make the usual bargaining less onerous. The delivery familiarization was excellent. Nathan did a super job giving a thorough overview and setting up the basics for this car. I must add that the car was thoroughly detailed. Makes it 5/5 in my book

I had massive damage to my car and the repair they did is perfect, it looks like new. They make the process very easy and it is clear they only do the very best work, no cutting corners. Thanks Phil!

Nathan, the personnel who inspects the car with you on delivery day knew everything about the car and was extremely helpful and thorough in going over the vehicle’s million and one features. Very unhappy, I purchased my car from Ottawa Audi which is about 1:30 away from home. I book my first service with them about 2 months in advance telling them I live far and would have to spend the day in Ottawa while they service my car and fix the recalls on it. After dropping my car off at 7:00 am, I get a call around 3:30 PM telling me they haven’t had the chance to even look at my car and that I would have to book another appointment. Unfortunately I live far and I can’t just drop it off before work when ever I want and they were aware of this. After telling them I was unhappy they offered to wash my car. I show up to finally pick up me car at 5:00 they never even washed my car. After having my first experience like this with them I won’t be purchasing my next véhicule here.

I have dealt with many car dealerships, but never before have I experienced such high standard of customer service. There is a Audi dealership in my hometown of Kingston, but the drive from Kingston to Ottawa to purchase the Audi SQ5 was definitely worth while. Sales manager Mustafa is a highly professional and courteous sales manager. He always tries to honour any reasonable request. My sales person Matthew went above and beyond his regular duties to respond to my emails even on the day he was scheduled to be off duty. He has been always prompt in responding to my emails and voicemails. Nathan has provided excellent service at the time of pick up. He has put in remarkable effort in showing us all hidden features of the vehicle and how to efficiently operate it. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this dealership. When it is time for another new Audi, I will be surely looking for Mustafa and Matt again.
