Nowhere to park for just using convenience store. Only rented stalls and no parking areas with signs. I guess you need to block a pump. Ridiculous.

Truck wash is complete garbage ,no soap ,grease every where,u get more on you from the lines pathetic,the guy workin the store clueless ,the stairs goin upto wash up high very dangerous ,do not go there

I came for my trailer wash but there was no space to go in side way 2 . I called her to move this truck which is parked front side of the way . But she says we can't help you there . & you have to say move truck .why they work here & open the washway if nobody can help inside or out. They have the responsibility to move truck .& she speak very rudely & don't know how to speak customer i very shifty staff...

Tiny, I don't know how a semi truck could get in here with the tractor on. Although they have Shell fuel, THEY DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE AIRMILES PROGRAM. Deal breaker. Staff are NOT friendly,car / truck wash is a mess.

I have 32 cargo trailers and would wash them at this facility only because it was close to my office. Floor is always muddy and pressure. washer hose always greasy. They put up a sign in their drive-through truck/trailer wash bay stating no trailer washing allowed. I went inside to ask the manager why and she was very rude and told me “it does not matter why, you aren’t washing trailers here”.

This is the most disappointing car wash I have ever been to. You get very little time for the money. There is no tire wash or engine, clean, only soap, rinse, and brush. On the soap setting, there is so little soap that comes out that you can’t even tell whether it’s on soap or rinse. As if the car wash wasn’t disappointing enough, they don’t accept tap when you purchase anything at the store including gas, so I couldn’t even pay with my phone like I do everywhere else. This whole place is a joke. It used to be awesome, I don’t know if it changed owners or what happened, but it is certainly nothing like it used to be.

Car wash is a joke. You’d be lucky if 3 out of the 5 bays were in operation that day. If you ever witness 4 working car wash bays, then you should probably pop your car in reverse and go and buy yourself a lottery ticket. Oh yeah and their overhead doors rarely seem to work as well. Personally I’d say just bulldoze the place but hey, what do I know. If you actually manage the get in though, the cycles aren’t too bad, and they are coin operated which is nice.

Should be less than one star. Truck bay is gross and greasy, very little time for the money and then the hose blew apart. This location used to be nice and clean, will not be returning.

Horrible experience.went to wash my truck. Was told that i was not aloud to use the firehose to rinse off the ice. Then no hot waater and no soap in the pressure side employee was watching as i was getting ready to leave as though he was disgusted that i was even in the bay bad bad experience will not be back this place is a disgrace to the flying j name brand.
